We are looking for a client-obsessed AI Solutions Engineer with entrepreneurial tendencies to join the good fight and help build out our Solutions Engineering org. You’ll be the trusted technical advisors for our customers, driving business value, offering advice, and growing accounts. You’ll accomplish this by leading customers to solutions oftentimes by teaching the product to new users or consulting on best practices. You must be ready for technical discussions with data scientists and engineers, then demonstrate the value of Arize in business discussions with directors and executives. The goal is to enable our customers to become successful and enthusiastic about Arize. While we are a remote-first company, the nature of this role requires candidates to be based in the San Francisco Bay area/PST time zone.

What You’ll Do

• Work closely with some of the most sophisticated ML / GenAI teams in the world.
  • You will act as a trusted advisor to our customers, while also building relationships with technical and business stakeholders.
• Advise on GenAI and ML best practices 
• Give ML and LLM product demos to technical and business stakeholders
• Run strategic business reviews for customers in partnership with our sales team
• Interface with our pre-sales engineering team to gather client goals and KPI’s.
• Partner with our product and engineering teams to help drive the product roadmap
• Spearhead new opportunities within existing accounts to help drive expansions.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience working as a Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, or as an Engineer working with ML models or GenAI applications in production.
• Comfortable working in public Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Knowledge of machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch or Scikit-learn
• Knowledge of LLM / Agentic frameworks such as Llamaindex, LangGraph, and DSPy
• Understanding of ML/DS concepts, model evaluation strategies and lifecycle (feature generation, model training, model deployment, batch and real time scoring via REST APIs) and engineering considerations
• Understanding of GenAI concepts and application evaluation + development lifecycle  
• Proficiency in a programming language (Python, JS/TS, Java, Go, etc)
• Strong Communication Skills - Ability to simplify complex, technical concepts.
• A quick and self learner - undaunted by technical complexity of production ML deployments and welcome the challenge to learn about them and develop your own POV.

The estimated annual salary and variable compensation for this role is between $125,000 - $175,000, plus a competitive equity package. We are looking for an AI Sales Engineer (Solutions Architect) to join the good fight and get this product in the hands of every AI/ML organization.

You'll work side-by-side with our Account Executives to articulate the Arize value and overall strategy to differentiate the platform throughout the sales process and drive POCs from requirements gathering to close. The activities performed by an AI Sales Engineer are diverse - one day you might be assisting with a high-level pitch of Arize to a CDO, and the next day you might be working hands-on to develop a small proof of concept.

What You’ll Do

You are the trusted advisor to the customer:

• Partner with our account executives to articulate the overall Arize value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers
• Work closely with some of the most sophisticated GenAI teams in the world.

The Team

Our On-Prem engineering team is responsible for the deployment of Arize in customer environments. In addition to working with customers in defining infrastructure requirements, the team designs and develops software and tooling that enables the management of these systems at large scale. The On-Prem team has grown to be expert in Kubernetes and cloud deployment on GCP, Azure, and AWS as well as dealing with networking and security aspects of on-premise deployments. The team is dynamic and relies on few talented individuals with a high degree of autonomy and initiative. For this role, we are prioritizing candidates who are based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the first point of contact for on-prem customer issues, triaging and resolving infrastructure and platform support requests
• Monitor customer’s platform health using existing observability tools
• Investigate and troubleshoot Kubernetes-based deployments to identify root causes, apply fixes, and escalate when needed
• Work hands-on with self-hosted environments to diagnose configuration, networking, and performance issues
• Document common issues and resolutions to build out internal runbooks and knowledge base

• 3+ years of experience in a DevOps, Infrastructure, or technical support role

The Opportunity

We're looking for a UX Design Engineer to own and perfect the end-to-end user experience. The ideal person for this role obsesses over the details and can deliver improvements to the product.

Most engineering teams treat UX refinement as an afterthought squeezed between feature work. We have a dedicated role for it because we believe the difference between "works" and "delightful" is what separates good products from great ones. You'll have the space to really care about craft. We're a technical team building for technical users. Your job is to make the experience of using our product enjoyable!

What You'll Do:

Own the "look and experience" of the product end to end:

User Research 

• Identify pain points
• Watch real users in Fullstory, identify friction points, and fix them

Design Solutions 

• Prototype interaction alternatives rapidly (in Figma or code) to test different approaches
• Create, refine, and iterate on UX flows and interaction patterns

Implement Solutions

• Work closely with our Senior engineers who own feature architecture - they build the foundation, you perfect the interface
• Run lightweight usability tests to validate improvements
• Build reusable interaction patterns that the team can leverage

A typical week might include:

• Watching 10 user sessions, identifying common friction points
• Meeting with users to get deeper on new product features feedback 
• Prototyping different flows in Figma
• Implementing design improvements with smooth transitions and helpful inline guidance
• Pairing with Staff engineers to refactor a complex form into a multi-step wizard
• Running a quick usability test with 5 users on the new onboarding flow

You're a great fit if:

• You have an engineering background - you’ve either been an frontend developer, have an engineering degree, or you have used Claude Code/Cursor to make impactful design changes.
