By translating financial insights into actionable strategies, you’ll foster strong relationships, drive product adoption, and maximize client value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Support: Provide prompt and effective support to customers through email and support chat.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to assist customers effectively and provide appropriate solutions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (Sales, Product, and Engineering) to address customer concerns and provide seamless support.
• Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, concerns, or technical problems with empathy and professionalism.
• Escalation Management: Identify complex issues and escalate them to the appropriate department or higher-level support while ensuring the customer is kept informed.
• Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback and provide insights to the team to help improve products, services, and overall customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Applied Statistics & Analytics, Economics, or a related field from a reputable institution. A minimum GPA of 8.0/10 (or equivalent) is required.
• Experience: 3-8 years of experience in customer support, client services, or a similar role within financial services, financial technology, or institutional investing. Experience working with hedge funds, asset managers, or institutional clients is highly preferred.
• Technical & Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities to diagnose and resolve complex client issues efficiently.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with financial markets, investment analytics, and risk management tools is a strong advantage.
• Communication: Ability to engage with senior-level clients in a professional and solution-oriented manner.

Responsibilities:

• Presentation and analysis of data utilizing charts, tables, and Excel.

Requirements:

• Top-tier pedigree: Bachelor’s or Master's degree with honors (8.0+ GPA mandatory). Ideally from an IIT/IIM/top global university. MBA/CFA/FRM is a strong plus.
• 2+ years of experience in a front-office financial role (typically, Investment Banking, or Investment Due Diligence).
• Must have strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Methodical, concise, and accurate work style, with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
• Able to quickly learn and apply technical understanding to solve problems.
• An aptitude and interest in quantitative risk management, information technology, and the latest trends.
• Conscientious and focused on objectives with an attitude, and with written and verbal communication.
• Sound experience in data analysis, validation, and presentation of results (MS Excel).

• Analyze and onboard portfolio data from various sources into Arcana's data integration ecosystem.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and data operations teams to deliver high-quality, timely, and reliable data solutions through Arcana's platform.
• Work with a range of third-party data providers to integrate their data into Arcana's system.
• Develop and support data aggregation solutions based on client and third-party content, tailored to user workflow needs.
• Collaborate with user experience, design, and project management teams to develop data-oriented workflow solutions and product enhancements.
• Analyze and implement solutions to improve data operations and pipeline efficiency.
• Understand Arcana's products and clients, working closely with internal stakeholders to identify new opportunities to serve clients and grow the business.

Requirements:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Associate to join our growing team. As a Data Associate, you will work closely with our product managers, financial analysts, and engineers to ensure high-quality data integration, analysis, and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with large datasets, a strong analytical mindset, and a desire to make an impact in the financial technology space.

Responsibilities:

• Work with large datasets to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across databases.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to identify and implement process improvements and automation tools to enhance data quality and operational efficiency.
• Support internal teams by creating and maintaining internal reports and dashboards.
• Diagnose and highlight data pipeline issues, escalating complex problems as needed.
• Respond promptly to data-related inquiries and requests from clients, internal teams (Sales, Services), and external data providers/partners.
• Collaborate with regional teams on shared operational workflows and cross-functional projects.
• Maintain and update team resources and procedural documentation, and ensure accurate recording of metrics for internal reporting and analytics.
