About the Role
This role sits within the Aptos Foundation, the ecosystem-building arm of Aptos focused on driving adoption, supporting developers, and growing global communities. While closely aligned with Aptos Labs and its broader mission, the Foundation operates independently to accelerate network growth through community engagement, strategic initiatives, and ecosystem development.
We’re looking for a Community Manager focused on Korea to lead local growth efforts across both the Aptos ecosystem and Decibel, our flagship onchain perpetuals exchange. This person will be responsible for building and activating trading communities, developing relationships with key ecosystem participants, and driving meaningful engagement across one of the most important crypto markets globally.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Korean traders, ecosystem builders, and community members across Aptos and our flagship onchain perpetuals exchange, Decibel
- Build, activate, and grow local trading communities through online channels (Telegram, Kakao, Discord, X, etc.) and offline events, with a focus on attracting and retaining active traders
- Identify and engage high-value traders, KOLs, and trading communities within Korea, converting them into active Decibel users and ecosystem advocates
- Plan and execute local events, meetups, AMAs, and trading competitions that drive user acquisition and deepen engagement with Decibel
- Connect ecosystem builders and projects with technical resources, funding opportunities, and co-marketing support to accelerate local growth
- Gather and synthesize trading community feedback and sentiment, sharing structured insights with product, engineering, and marketing teams
- Collaborate with the community and marketing teams to localize campaigns, content, and programs for the Korean market
- Develop long-term relationships with traders, founders, developer communities, and industry partners to build lasting advocacy for Aptos and Decibel
What we're looking for:
- 2-4 years of experience in community management, ecosystem development, or trader relations in web3
- Active participant or power user in crypto trading communities; you understand the culture, the language, and what traders actually care about and have had meaningful exposure to derivatives, perps, and onchain trading products
- An established network within the Korean crypto trading ecosystem; connections to KOLs, trading groups, or derivatives communities are a strong plus
- Deep familiarity with the Korean web3 landscape, including local platforms, communities, and the dynamics of trader acquisition in the region
- Hands-on experience running community-facing events: AMAs, trading competitions, workshops, or regional meetups
- Sharp communicator in both Korean and English, with the ability to engage traders, builders, and technical teams equally well
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment across multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Willingness to travel within Korea and the broader region as needed
Strongly Preferred:
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
- Team-oriented, community-minded approach to work
- Willingness and ability to travel and represent Aptos as needed

The Role
We’re hiring a Head of Enterprise GTM to define and lead Shelby’s enterprise go-to-market motion from the ground up.
This is a 0→1 role for someone who has taken complex AI, data, or cloud platforms and turned them into real enterprise adoption and revenue. You will translate Shelby’s technical capabilities into clear business value, land initial customers, and shape how the platform is understood and deployed within large organizations.
You will operate as both a strategist and an operator—owning early revenue, building the narrative, and laying the foundation for a scalable enterprise motion.
Responsibilities
Enterprise GTM Strategy
Define and execute Shelby’s positioning across AI infrastructure, data platforms, and distributed compute. Translate technical capabilities into clear enterprise use cases and ROI.
Strategic Enterprise Sales
Own and close early lighthouse accounts. Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles across technical and executive buyers within large organizations.
Platform Commercialization
Turn Shelby from a technical platform into a clear enterprise solution by shaping use cases, pilots, and adoption pathways.
Partnerships & Ecosystem
Develop relationships with AI, cloud, and infrastructure partners to accelerate adoption and expand Shelby’s footprint.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Work closely with product and engineering to align customer needs with roadmap, positioning, and deployment strategy.
Build the Motion
Establish early playbooks, define ICPs, and build toward a repeatable enterprise sales engine.
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years in enterprise GTM, sales, or partnerships across AI, data, cloud, or infrastructure
- Experience at platforms like Google Cloud, Microsoft, or Salesforce preferred
- Proven ability to take complex technical platforms from early stage to enterprise adoption
- Strong track record selling into Fortune 500 environments with multi-stakeholder complexity
- Ability to engage both technical and executive audiences and translate platform capabilities into business outcomes

About the Role
At Aptos Labs we’re pioneering the future of web3 and need a passionate Product Security Engineer to help secure our core technologies. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of safeguarding our Aptos core infrastructure and Aptos Labs products. Your proactive approach will help us identify and mitigate emerging threats, ensuring our systems remain resilient and trustworthy. You will work closely with our developers, influence security best practices, and lead initiatives that shape the future of web3 security.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and assess novel and recurring security issues via design reviews, code audits, and penetration tests.
- Design and build security tools, and develop mitigations, frameworks, and hardening strategies tailored for vulnerability prevention and detection.
- Review and develop secure operational practices, and provide security guidance for engineers.
- Respond to and triage reports from bug bounty programs.
Minimum Qualifications
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in vulnerability research and exploitation.
- Experience with native development practices and common vulnerability patterns (e.g., Rust, C, etc.)
- Experience with automated security analysis tooling and frameworks (fuzzing, static analysis, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
- Contributions to the security community (public research, blogging, talks in relevant conferences, etc.)
- Experience with virtual machines or complex runtime environments, such as MoveVM (extra bonus), EVM, WASM, or LLVM-based runtimes, including their security models, sandboxing, and execution isolation.
- Familiarity with smart contract programming languages (extra bonus for Move), security tools, and frameworks, including formal verification.

About the role:
As a key member of the product team at Aptos, you will play a pivotal role in building industry-leading Web applications and tools that empower developers in the Web3 ecosystem. You’ll work on a wide range of projects designed to enhance consumer-facing experiences, including decentralized applications for trading and novel experiences, wallets, SDKs, APIs, standards, and protocols.
We are a lean, high-impact team that values initiative and independence. Engineers in this role will drive large, complex projects, shaping the future of Web3 products and applications.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading initiatives to design, build, and optimize Web3 products and applications for Aptos
- Developing new features and integrations to enhance existing experiences
- Maintaining and improving current platforms and web interfaces
- Writing clean, performant, and well-tested code
- Collaborating closely with designers, infrastructure engineers, and other product engineers
We’re looking for:
- 5+ years of experience building and shipping user-facing products
- Deep expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with UX/UI design and systems (a plus)
- Web3 experience or familiarity (a plus)
- Background in payments, defi, or tradfi (a plus)
- 2+ years of experience leading technical teams
The base salary range for this full-time position is $220-$250k. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and typical maximum target for new hire salaries for the position of a candidate based in the Bay Area at any level. We do hire exceptionally talented professionals with decades of experience in their field. As such, our range may be higher than what is displayed. Our base salary ranges are determined by experience and location, and we hire at all levels for multiple roles. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills demonstrated during the interviews, working experience, and relevant education or training.
