JOB SUMMARY
As a Product Support Engineer in Wyoming, MN , you will:
- Create and refine exploded views of assemblies using Creo and SolidWorks for use in spare parts catalogs and product documentation
- Interpret complex CAD models, part files, and assemblies to identify components and ensure accurate representation
- Generate clear, user‑friendly visual content that supports part identification and catalog usability
- Review, validate, and maintain BOM accuracy in alignment with CAD data and catalog requirements
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve discrepancies between CAD models, BOMs, and documentation
- Ensure documentation and data are properly managed within Windchill
- Assist in preparing documentation and catalog content required for NFPA 1900 compliance
- Review CAD and BOM data for compliance‑related updates and ensure alignment with standards
- Work closely with design engineering, product management, and technical publications teams to ensure catalog content is complete, accurate, and aligned with product requirements

As a Manufacturing Engineer (Temporary) in Troy, MI, you will:

JOB SUMMARY
As a Engineering Project Manager in Burnsville, MN, you will:
- Be a member of the project engineering team, responsible for effective management of assigned projects
- Execute engineering projects according to best practices, on time, within scope, and within budget while contributing to consistent project execution, governance, and reporting practices across the team

- Identify training needs and support operator skill development
- Lead process‑focused initiatives that free internal engineers to focus on project and capex priorities
- Own improvement projects from concept through implementation, including documentation, validation, and measurable results
- Serve as a technical resource for cross‑functional teams and influence process direction
- Work collaboratively with suppliers and Applied partners
- Contribute to projects that impact communities in Newburg, Kohler, Germantown, Menomonee Falls, and Brookfield, and the greater West Bend area

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering
- Experience in manufacturing or process engineering within metal‑fabrication environments (stamping, forming, buffing/sanding, press operations, CNC, etc.)
- Strong hands‑on experience supporting production and troubleshooting on the shop floor
- Proven ability to improve process flow, eliminate bottlenecks, and optimize high‑volume or complex fabrication processes
- Skilled in performing time studies, validating production rates, and using data to drive decisions
- Strong documentation skills for process improvements, pilots, and measurable results
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and comfort using technology for tracking, analysis, and reporting
- Experience developing, improving, and maintaining SOPs and standard work
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, ramp up quickly, and take ownership of improvement initiatives
- Experience leading Lean, Six Sigma, or other structured process‑improvement efforts
- Background supporting multi‑shift or high‑mix production environments
- Experience serving as a technical resource for operators or junior engineers

ESTIMATED PAY RANGE
$60,000 - 80,000 base pay, DOE, + commission
Final compensation is based on experience, skills, and alignment with role expectations.
JOB SUMMARY
As a Business Development Consultant in Southern Wisconsin/Northern Illinois, you will:
- Drive business results by meeting/exceeding annual and multi-year targets and maximizing individual sales opportunities
- Develop effective relationships with key executives and directors; build, maintain, and grow opportunity pipelines within accounts to drive business results
- Ability to create effective proposals that link our solutions to the customer business
- Develop and deliver sales presentations and close sales in a professional and effective manner
- Provide timely, accurate and detailed forecasts, and effectively leverage chosen sales processes, tools, and methodologies
- Be involved in scheduling projects and coordinating resources
- Work collaboratively with suppliers and Applied partners
- Contribute to projects that impact communities in Madison, WI, Southern Milwaukee, WI, and the greater Chicago metro area
- Apply your skills in a dynamic environment that values ownership and innovation
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or a related technical field preferred
- Proven sales ability with 3+ years of outside technical sales experience
- Experience selling professional services preferred
- Knowledge of the engineering or IT consulting industry and/or business process outsourcing
- Knowledge of the product design process and manufacturing typically attained through working as a design, manufacturing, or test engineer or in a marketing/sales role for a manufacturing company
- Marketing and market planning knowledge
- Ability to travel 20-25% or as needed within assigned territory
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, well-developed presentation skills, professional composure, and excellent customer relations skills
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Computer literacy including e-mail, Internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications
- Experience with using Salesforce is strongly preferred
