Antora Energy is hiring a Manager of Facilities and Equipment to be the internal owner of our facilities, capital equipment, and physical operating environment across multiple Bay Area sites. This is a hands-on leadership role: leading multi-site planning, capital project delivery, and EHS compliance while directly improving site readiness, equipment uptime, and safety. We’re looking for a senior analytics manager to own Antora’s long-term power market economics: the forecasts, models, and market strategies that underpin how we originate, structure, and finance projects. You’ll be the internal authority on long-term power prices, capacity market value, and battery dispatch economics across our priority markets in the U.S. and internationally.
The role combines deep analytical work: LMP forecasting, ELCC modeling, production cost modeling, capacity expansion modeling with external-facing responsibilities. You’ll represent Antora’s market views to customers, project financiers, electric utilities, and ISOs, and you’ll help them correctly model a technology class most have never seen. You’ll be supported by data scientist and software engineer peers, manage forecast vendors and energy market consultants, and build Antora’s analytical infrastructure.

Antora is seeking a self-driven and passionate Plant Technician I to join our plant team and help deliver zero-carbon industrial heat and power with Antora’s thermal battery technology. In this role, you will support the outside operations of our thermal energy storage and boiler systems while helping maintain plant systems during installation, commissioning, and operations.
The Plant Technician I will work closely with internal engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to safely construct, commission, and operate first-of-a-kind industrial installations of the Antora thermal battery. We are seeking a Senior / Staff Systems Engineer - in San Jose - who is a self-driven, curious, and passionate engineer to join our Technology Development team and help deliver zero-carbon industrial heat and power through our novel solid-state thermal battery.
This is a deeply collaborative role at the heart of system innovation. You will work across disciplines to shape the architecture and operating philosophy of Antora’s future products and projects. Using first-principles modeling, data analysis, and real-world performance insights, you will help accelerate Antora’s mission to decarbonize industry at scale.
Roles & Responsibilities
System analysis and modeling
Develop first-principles–based models to analyze the architecture and operating behavior of Antora’s thermal storage systems. Use these models to deepen system understanding, uncover tradeoffs, and identify opportunities for performance improvement.
New concept evaluation
Propose, evaluate, and model next-generation system architectures and operating strategies for Antora’s thermal battery.
System architecture design
Lead the development and implementation of new system architectures and operational philosophies, from early concept through validation.
Performance validation
Analyze data from commercial project sites and Antora’s in-house test facilities to refine and validate models, enabling accurate prediction of future system performance.
Cross-functional collaboration
Work closely with commercial, engineering, and field teams to understand how the thermal battery operates in practice and how it creates value for customers and other stakeholders.

In this role, you will play a central part in optimizing Antora’s balance of plant (BOP) systems for both cost and performance. These models will serve as a core, iterative tool to guide the design and evolution of cost-optimized, high-performance plant processes and mechanical and electrical architectures.
You will also scope, define, and design BOP systems and equipment for Antora’s commercial thermal energy storage projects. As a key technical contributor within a fast-growing, cross-functional organization, your work will directly support the testing, deployment, and scaling of an innovative long-duration energy storage technology.
