As a Customer Success Manager, you will provide top quality post-sale support on customer inquiries for content syndication, display advertising, and data services. In this role you will provide top quality support for the full campaign life cycle (pre- and post-launch) for Programmatic advertising and other digital services. You will need to quickly become an expert on the full operational process from initial quote to campaign completion and wrap-up generation on all digital products sold in their team. The processes should be understood at an expert level at which the CSM can problem solve for internal and external stakeholders consistently. Experience with Programmatic Advertising services is required.

Understanding of Demand Side Platforms (DSPs), such as the Tradedesk, Stackadapt or DV360, and the capabilities of Programmatic Advertising Technology.
