The Social Media Lead supports Anders’ national brand awareness, SEO strategy, and lead generation goals through two primary responsibilities: 

• Social Media Execution
• Graphic Design & Brand Asset Development 

This role manages day-to-day social media publishing and reporting, primarily on LinkedIn, with secondary activity on Facebook and tertiary activity on Instagram. The lead partners closely with the Content Strategy Senior Manager whose team creates the written content. 

The Social Media Lead combines creative design skills with strong business acumen and an understanding of how social media supports brand visibility, SEO, and lead-generation outcomes. Experience in professional services, especially accounting, tax, or advisory, is strongly preferred. 

What You’ll Do:

Graphic Design & Brand Asset Production (45%) 

• Develop on-brand graphics for social media posts, blogs, landing pages, and campaigns 
• Create marketing collateral including:  
  • Sell sheets 
  • Downloadable PDFs 
  • Infographics 
  • Event materials 
  • Presentations 
  • Email Templates 
  • Advertisements 
• Follow Anders’ brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all content 
• Translate complex accounting, tax, and advisory concepts into clear, visually compelling graphics 
• Maintain organized design files, templates, and asset libraries 
• Collaborate with Brand Manager and Market Growth team on ongoing design needs 

 Social Media Management (45%) 

• Execute Anders’ social media strategy with a primary focus on LinkedIn for brand awareness, SEO, and support lead generation.  Secondary support for Facebook and Instagram for employee advocacy, talent acquisition, and culture.  
• Manage the entire social ecosystem to support brand, thought leadership, employee advocacy and community engagement 
• Publish daily social content aligned with brand standards, SEO strategy, and national awareness goals 
• Monitor social engagement, follower growth, click-through performance, and other key metrics available via LinkedIn analytics 
• Track downstream performance including web sessions, referral traffic, and content interaction using Google Analytics and Google Search Console 
• Use HubSpot and Sprout Social (or comparable tools) to schedule, optimize, and measure social media activity 
• Coordinate with the Content Strategy Senior Manager to ensure accurate execution of the editorial calendar 
• Stay informed on platform trends and recommend improvements to increase visibility, engagement, and lead influence 
• Support recruitment and employer branding needs through social media content 

Metrics, Optimization & Reporting (10%) 

• Produce monthly and quarterly social performance reports 
• Analyze social-to-web activity, including SEO-supporting signals and referral behavior 
• Identify trends and insights to improve reach, engagement, and content effectiveness 
• Recommend A/B tests or creative variations to improve performance 

What We’re Looking For:  

• Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Cloud required; Figma or Canva a plus) 
• Experience managing LinkedIn company pages and scheduling tools (Sprout Social preferred) 
• Familiarity with HubSpot, SEMrush, or similar marketing automation platforms 
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console 
• Experience using AI tools for idea generation, content writing, and graphic design (e.g., brainstorming post ideas, drafting captions or copy, generating design concepts, etc.) 
• Sharp design instincts and ability to follow a well-defined brand system 
• Strong understanding of social media best practices and digital engagement metrics 
• Ability to translate data and insights into recommendations 
• Strong written communication skills

The Business Development Associate supports Anders by engaging Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) generated through the firm’s marketing engine and nurturing them into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) prepared for conversations with Business Development Executives and practice leaders. This role spans all Advisory service lines—including Business Transformation, Technology Consulting, HR & Talent Transformation, and Finance Advisory—and focuses on early-stage relationship development, targeted prospecting, and effectively using digital tools and CRM systems to progress leads through the sales funnel. 

What You’ll Do:

Lead Engagement & Sales Development  

• Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up with Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) provided by the marketing team. 
• Conduct structured outreach via email, phone, and digital channels to nurture MQLs and convert them into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs). 
• Assess lead fit and readiness using defined qualification criteria. 
• Maintain a clean, accurate CRM pipeline with timely updates and activity tracking. 
• Coordinate with practice leadership to schedule discovery calls, demos, or consultations once leads reach SQL status. 
• Support the development of proposals, presentations, and tailored solutions in partnership with Business Development Executives and service delivery leaders. 
• Success is measured by the quality and readiness of leads handed off to practice leaders. 

Targeted Prospecting & Digital Engagement  

• Conduct targeted outbound prospecting via LinkedIn and email to qualified prospect lists provided by Marketing or identified through research. 
• Conduct thorough research on target companies to inform outreach and to prepare BDEs for meetings. 
• Execute multi-touch outreach sequences combining personalized messaging with firm content to generate new conversations and accelerate lead engagement. 
• Monitor outreach performance, response rates, and engagement trends to refine prospecting approaches and messaging. 
• Stay informed on audience behavior, campaign performance, and lead engagement trends to refine outreach approaches. 

Advisory Services Knowledge  

• Develop a foundational understanding of Anders Advisory services, including Business Transformation, Technology Consulting (AI, automation, managed services), HR & Talent Transformation, and Finance Advisory. 
• Stay updated on trends in target industries (Healthcare, Manufacturing, Banking, Real Estate & Construction) and common challenges facing middle-market companies. 
• Clearly communicate value propositions to CFOs, COOs, HR leaders, and business owners across service lines. 

Relationship Building  

• Build rapport with potential clients and maintain early-stage relationships until handoff to Business Development Executives or service line leaders. 
• Represent the company at virtual or in-person networking events as needed. 
• Ensure a smooth transition from initial interest to deeper consultation by BDEs or practice leaders.

The Market Growth Specialist supports strategic growth initiatives by executing industry-focused, multi-channel marketing campaigns and coordinating the development of aligned messaging, content, and sales enablement assets. This role builds and manages campaigns and workflows in HubSpot/CRM, maintains accurate data and segmentation, and develops target account lists using tools such as ZoomInfo to identify priority accounts and buying signals. The Specialist also supports webinar and event logistics, lead routing and tracking, and campaign QA, while pulling performance data and maintaining dashboards to inform optimization. Working cross-functionally with marketing, IT, and internal stakeholders, the role ensures on-time delivery and consistent positioning across priority industries.

What You’ll Do:

• Execute multi-channel campaigns (email, digital, events, webinars) based on defined industry strategy 
• Build and manage campaigns in HubSpot including workflows, emails, and landing pages in coordination with Marketing Automation Specialist
