What you'll do
- Lead and execute end-to-end projects across both Qualitative and Quantitive research, from initial planning and scoping to synthesis of findings and actionable recommendations, with close collaboration with product, design and engineering partners throughout.
- Conduct specialised research focused on Anaplan's AI-driven products, evaluating their effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement, and exploring new opportunities for innovation.
- Design and execute a range of research methods—including interviews, usability testing, surveys—while managing participant recruitment, logistics, and success metrics.
- Synthesise data from multiple sources (user research, analytics, customer feedback) into clear, actionable insights that drive prioritisation and product outcomes.
- Present research findings and insights to a variety of audiences, including executive leadership, to drive user-centered strategy.
- Champion the application of AI-powered tools and methodologies within the research process to enhance efficiency and uncover deeper insights.
- Lead on research practices, tools, and ways of working, while educating and supporting partners on when and how to apply research effectively.
- Proven experience in a senior research position, with a track record of leading high-impact research projects for both strategic and tactical product innovations.
- Deep understanding of core research methods and experience conducting user research on complex products, including AI-powered products.
- Strong ability to analyse and synthesise qualitative and quantitative data into clear insights that influence product direction.
- Skilled communicator who can present insights in a clear, engaging, and persuasive way to drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on experience utilising AI-powered tools (e.g., automated analysis, sentiment analysis, predictive modelling) to enhance the research process.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with senior stakeholders and to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Skilled communicator who can present insights in a clear, engaging, and persuasive way to drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Experience in B2B or SaaS environments, particularly with complex, data-rich products.

What you'll do

Anaplan is looking for a Principal Infrastructure Engineer to lead the design and build of a new, multi-region HashiCorp Vault platform. This is a pivotal role where you will serve as our Subject Matter Expert (SME), shaping the future of secrets management and governance for a platform that supports hundreds of engineers and top-flight companies around the world.
This is a hybrid role requiring at least two days a week in our Manchester office.
Your Impact
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of a new, multi-region HashiCorp Vault platform on public cloud.
- Take ownership of the solution architecture, creating and maintaining high-quality design documents and Architecture Decision Records (ADRs).
- Ensure platform resilience by developing and testing robust strategies for performance, Disaster Recovery (DR), and High Availability (HA).
- Act as the primary SME for the organisation on all aspects of Vault and modern secrets management, actively championing and evangelising best practices.
- Collaborate with and influence stakeholders, platform teams, and software engineers to ensure the smooth and secure integration of their services with the Vault ecosystem.
- Partner with Security to define the control requirements for the Vault platform (policy standards, privileged access, audit/evidence, compliance needs) and ensure designs meet those requirements.
- Lead regular security design reviews for Vault architecture decisions (authn/authz, policy model, namespaces/tenancy, seal strategy with KMS/HSM, audit logging) and drive alignment/sign-off with Security.
- Establish joint operating processes with Security for incident response and investigations, including break-glass access, audit log access patterns, and post-incident remediation.
- Coach and mentor other engineers on security best practices and the adoption of the new secrets management platform.
Your Skills
- You have hands-on expertise in designing, implementing, and operating HashiCorp Vault in large-scale production environments.
- Proven experience with multi-region deployments on public cloud platforms, preferably AWS. Experience with GCP and Azure is also highly valuable.
- Proficient with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Terraform.
- Knowledge of modern authentication and authorisation mechanisms (e.g., OIDC, SAML, JWT).
- Experience managing Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and certificate lifecycles.
- Experience with observability tooling such as Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki.
- Proficient with Kubernetes and managed Kubernetes platforms such as EKS, GKS, and AKS.
- Experience with Kubernetes tooling such as Helm and Argo CD.
- You have a quality-first mindset with demonstrable experience in creating and automating testing strategies for critical infrastructure.
- You are happy to write and maintain clear documentation for other teams.
- You have excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to influence technical direction and mentor both junior and senior engineers.
Bonus Points For:
- Scripting or development experience in Go, Python, or similar.
- Experience writing or maintaining Kubernetes Operators.

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Scrum Master to act as a hands-on agile leader, mentor, and performance coach within our Gurugram, India office. This role is a unique blend of deep team facilitation and agile community leadership. You will be embedded within some of our engineering development teams, guiding them to peak performance, while also serving as the local agile expert and mentor a Scrum Master Chapter.

Key Responsiblities
- Lead engineering teams as their dedicated Scrum Master, modelling advanced agile practices and fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Empower the team to run their own team ceremonies by providing the necessary support, tools, and guidance. Acting as a supportive figure to ensure meetings become team-led, productive, and value-driven
- Partner with Product Owners and tech leads to champion advanced backlog management, prioritization techniques, and goal setting that maximizes business value.
- Drive a relentless focus on continuous improvement, using data and metrics to help your teams become more predictable, efficient, and self-sufficient.
- Act as a coach and mentor to a Scrum Master Chapter, providing guidance, support, and an escalation path for complex challenges.
- Lead a local Community of Practice for Scrum Masters to foster knowledge sharing, collaborative problem-solving, and the standardisation of best practices.
- Partner with leadership by contributing to the performance evaluation of the Scrum Masters you mentor, providing constructive feedback to help them grow.
- Lead Large-Scale Planning: Play a key role in the planning, organization, and facilitation of large-scale planning events (e.g., Big Room Planning), ensuring all teams are aligned and committed to a shared set of objectives.
- Take a leading role in identifying, managing, and resolving complex, cross-team dependencies and risks that impact delivery.
- Develop and manage relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on agile principles, delivery forecasting, and expectation management.
Your Qualifications
- Extensive Experience: Min 7 years of dedicated and proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, with a clear track record of success in maturing teams and improving delivery outcomes.
- Hands-On Practitioner: You are not a theorist. You have deep, practical, "in-the-trenches" experience with all facets of agile practices and are comfortable demonstrating 'how' as well as explaining 'why'.
- Advanced Agile Knowledge: You have a deep understanding of the principles behind Scrum, Kanban, and other agile methodologies, and you know when and how to apply them to get results.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent certification is desirable.
- Experience in Large-Scale Planning: Proven experience facilitating large, multi-team planning events (like PI Planning, Big Room Planning) and driving them to successful outcomes.
- Proven Mentorship Ability: Demonstrable experience formally or informally coaching and mentoring other Scrum Masters or agile practitioners to help them grow their skills.
- Leadership Qualities: Experience in people leadership (direct or indirect) is highly preferred, including guiding career development, and contributing to performance feedback.
- Expert-Level Facilitator: Mastery of facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex organisational dynamics and manage senior stakeholders effectively.

We are looking for a Pricing Manager to join our growing pricing team. As a key individual contributor on our Pricing team, you are instrumental in bringing analytical rigor and insight to how we design, monitor, and evolve our pricing strategies. You will act as the analytical backbone of the pricing team, ensuring every price strategy is grounded in data, aligned with financial goals, and operationally scalable.
As a Pricing Manager, you’ll help shape pricing decisions through detailed scenario modelling, cost-and-margin analysis, and commercial insights. You will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable strategies, building automated tools to track pricing performance, and communicating findings clearly to senior stakeholders across Product, GTM, and Finance. Your Impact
- Price-release analytics - run detailed cost-and-margin analyses for every proposed offer or package, quantifying margin impact with scenarios analysis before launch.
- Insights for pricing optimisation - monitor discounting trends, win-loss data, and other sales signals to optimise existing pricing and create potential market promotions.
- Model & dashboard automation - partner with the AoA team to build models and self-serve dashboards that track live pricing KPIs while long-term data pipelines mature.
- Advanced pricing studies - conduct advanced pricing analysis such as Van Westendorp's analyses, and what-if simulations for bundles, promotions, and regional tiers.
- Insight communication - translate analytical findings into crisp, actionable recommendations and present them to Product, Finance, and GTM leadership to inform strategic deals.
- Data stewardship - own the pricing data layer: maintain source-of-truth tables, improve data quality, document definitions, and champion best-practice analytics workflows.
Your Skills
- Strong experience in pricing, data analytics, or business analytics.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with experience conducting pricing or financial modelling in SaaS or enterprise software industry.
- Experience translating complex data into actionable business recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across cross-functional teams, especially with Finance, Product Ops, and GTM Ops.
- Excellent attention to detail, with a passion for data accuracy and stewardship.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with a track record of presenting to business leaders.

- Experience designing and implementing models in Anaplan.
- Proficiency with SQL and data visualisation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI).

Anaplan is looking for a Principal Infrastructure Engineer to lead the design and build of a new, multi-region HashiCorp Vault platform. This is a pivotal role where you will serve as our Subject Matter Expert (SME), shaping the future of secrets management and governance for a platform that supports hundreds of engineers and top-flight companies around the world.
This is a hybrid role requiring at least two days a week in our London office.
Your Impact
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of a new, multi-region HashiCorp Vault platform on public cloud.
- Take ownership of the solution architecture, creating and maintaining high-quality design documents and Architecture Decision Records (ADRs).
- Ensure platform resilience by developing and testing robust strategies for performance, Disaster Recovery (DR), and High Availability (HA).
- Act as the primary SME for the organisation on all aspects of Vault and modern secrets management, actively championing and evangelising best practices.
- Collaborate with and influence stakeholders, platform teams, and software engineers to ensure the smooth and secure integration of their services with the Vault ecosystem.
- Partner with Security to define the control requirements for the Vault platform (policy standards, privileged access, audit/evidence, compliance needs) and ensure designs meet those requirements.
- Lead regular security design reviews for Vault architecture decisions (authn/authz, policy model, namespaces/tenancy, seal strategy with KMS/HSM, audit logging) and drive alignment/sign-off with Security.
- Establish joint operating processes with Security for incident response and investigations, including break-glass access, audit log access patterns, and post-incident remediation.
- Coach and mentor other engineers on security best practices and the adoption of the new secrets management platform.
Your Skills
- You have hands-on expertise in designing, implementing, and operating HashiCorp Vault in large-scale production environments.
- Proven experience with multi-region deployments on public cloud platforms, preferably AWS. Experience with GCP and Azure is also highly valuable.
- Proficient with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Terraform.
- Knowledge of modern authentication and authorisation mechanisms (e.g., OIDC, SAML, JWT).
- Experience managing Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and certificate lifecycles.
- Experience with observability tooling such as Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki.
- Proficient with Kubernetes and managed Kubernetes platforms such as EKS, GKS, and AKS.
- Experience with Kubernetes tooling such as Helm and Argo CD.
- You have a quality-first mindset with demonstrable experience in creating and automating testing strategies for critical infrastructure.
- You are happy to write and maintain clear documentation for other teams.
- You have excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to influence technical direction and mentor both junior and senior engineers.
Bonus Points For:
- Scripting or development experience in Go, Python, or similar.
- Experience writing or maintaining Kubernetes Operators.
