You will partner closely with the business to keep cross-functional workstreams aligned, build the change journeys that bring our people along, and maintain the operating rhythms that connect initiative-level execution to executive visibility.
Your Impact
Program Delivery & Transformation
- Own end-to-end program delivery across transformation and AI initiatives—from charter and scoping through execution, toll-gating, and benefits realization
- Define and operate PMO governance frameworks: milestone tracking, risk and dependency management, status reporting, and portfolio-level planning cadences tied to FY cycles
- Lead structural cost initiatives that shift Anaplan from a fixed-cost model to a variable, investment-ready cost structure—freeing capacity for targeted growth and profit improvement
- Structure complex business challenges into logical workplans and conduct in-depth analyses—data collection, synthesis, and insight generation—to build the case for Lean or process re-engineering interventions
- Quantify and track initiative impact across financials, productivity, customer experience, and compliance
- Develop executive-ready presentations on program progress, key decisions, and assistance needed from senior leadership
- Mentor Project Managers on project management fundamentals and process improvement disciplines; proactively identify and remove delivery blockers
AI Enablement & Change Management
- Govern Anaplan’s internal AI transformation roadmap, partnering with the Office of the CFO to prioritize use cases (forecasting, scenario modeling, close acceleration) with measurable ROI
- Design and execute change management strategies—stakeholder alignment, communications, training, and reinforcement—for both transformation and AI initiatives
- Build adoption scorecards and readiness assessments; serve as a visible advocate through executive briefings, roadshows, and enablement sessions
- Support workforce planning implications of AI adoption, including headcount modeling, role evolution, and contractor-to-FTE transitions
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred
- 7+ years in program or portfolio management, organizational transformation, or change management—mix of consulting and in-house experience preferred
- Demonstrated PMO discipline: portfolio governance, dependency mapping, risk management, and executive-level reporting at scale
- Track record leading complex, cross-functional programs with multiple workstreams and executive stakeholders
- Background in Lean Six Sigma, continuous improvement, or process re-engineering
- Direct experience partnering with Finance (FP&A, Office of the CFO), with fluency in planning cycles, forecasting, and Non-GAAP profitability
- Proven ability to influence at all levels without direct authority and drive initiatives with minimal direction
- Excellent communication skills—able to translate complexity into clear, executive-ready narratives
Nice to Have
- Experience leading AI, digital, or enterprise technology adoption programs
- Hands-on experience with Anaplan or similar connected planning platforms
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or Lean Six Sigma certification
- Familiarity with HR operations, workforce analytics, or headcount planning

As the Finance Manager supporting the Global Technology and Product Organization, you will be part of an innovative, collaborative, and transparent team. You will work in close partnership with Technology Leadership to build out financial plans that maximize the impact of our technology investments. A primary focus of this role will be managing the execution of our cloud and data center hosting strategy, including forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting to senior leadership.
Together, we will drive outstanding financial results by enabling and accelerating Anaplan’s strategic execution. You’ll be an active contributor to cross-functional teams and will have the unique opportunity to partner with the technology team that develops and innovates on the financial tools you use daily.
Your Impact
Cloud & Data Center Financial Management
- Manage and forecast our multi-cloud (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and data center hosting costs.
- Perform detailed month-over-month variance analysis of hosting expenses and report on key operational and financial metrics.
- Prepare and present budget vs. actuals reporting for business partners and executive leadership, providing clear insights into spending drivers and trends.
- Partner with FinOps and Engineering teams to identify and execute cost optimization opportunities.
- Business and Finance Partnership:
- Provide leadership to the business and other Finance teams with respect to financial management, resource prioritization, and allocation.
- Ensure technology investments align with key priorities and recommend opportunities to re-allocate and re-deploy resources.
- Drive analytical and conceptual thinking with these partners that extends beyond the numbers into strategy.
Long-Range Planning
- Partner with other finance teams to conduct Return on Investment (ROI) analysis on new initiatives and contribute to long-range financial planning.
- Clearly communicate required deliverables and facilitate timely reviews with leaders.
Process Improvement
- Continually seek opportunities to improve and scale forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis utilizing Anaplan.
Decision Support
- Apply strategic thinking to maximize Engineering investments. Proactively recommend opportunities to re-allocate and re-deploy resources.
- Clearly communicate recommendations and scenario analyses to finance and business leaders.
Financial Analysis
- Take a macro-level view when analyzing results to understand performance against plan/forecast.
- Monitor trends and key levers, such as headcount and vendor investment, against planning assumptions.
- Actively communicate across multiple stakeholders to ensure a successful end-to-end understanding of portfolios, processes, and planning.
Your Qualifications
- Experience in FP&A, accounting, management consulting, investment banking, or similar roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel to analyze complex business scenarios by building and improving financial models.
- Experience with Anaplan or similar financial tools.
- Experience with SaaS/Cloud Computing business models and financial concepts (e.g., FinOps, cloud cost management) is strongly preferred.
- Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, manage several priorities simultaneously, and challenge the status quo.
- Strong written and oral communication skills with experience presenting to business partners with confidence, conviction, and credibility.
- MBA is a plus.

Your Qualifications
- Experience in FP&A, accounting, management consulting, investment banking, or similar roles.

- Experience with Anaplan or similar financial tools.
- Experience with SaaS/Cloud Computing business models and financial concepts (e.g., FinOps, cloud cost management) is strongly preferred.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Financial Accountant to join our team in Bracknell for a 6 month FTC. This role is critical to ensuring the financial integrity and compliance of our international operations, particularly across APAC. This fixed term contract is to provide support and coverage during a period of transition in which we restructure the way we support our global organisation. This is a role would suit a detail oriented, technical accounting individual with experience in managing 3rd party provider relationships.
What You'll Do
- Support the annual local audit and accounts filings for our various entities across the APAC region.
- Collaborate closely with local vendors, service providers, and our corporate legal and tax teams to ensure full compliance with local company filings and tax regulations, including, but not limited to, GST and Corporate Tax matters.
- Conduct thorough reviews of monthly trial balances to ensure accuracy and the completeness of all accruals, prepayments, and P&L classifications prior to the monthly financial close.
- Prepare and present monthly reviews of key financial movements, providing insights and analysis on variances.
- Perform and oversee the reconciliation of key ledger accounts, ensuring all entries are supported by appropriate evidence and documentation.
- Any other ad-hoc duties upon request pertaining to supporting the global accounting operations of Anaplan.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Anaplan is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our Corporate Finance Team. As a member of this team, you will be at the heart of our financial planning and reporting engine, providing critical insights that support key financial decisions. Your Impact
- Translate financial results into clear business narratives, identifying the core drivers of performance and explaining variances to plan.
- Create and deliver materials for Board presentations and management reports, synthesizing analyses of P&L, bookings, topline, headcount, and OpEx.
- Own key components of consolidating the company’s annual operating plans and monthly forecasts.
- Partner with key internal stakeholders to ensure financial data shared with external industry analysts is accurate and consistent.
