As an Implementations Consultant, you’ll guide customers and partners through smooth, effective implementations of our financial technology products. Acting as the primary liaison between our company and its clients, you’ll ensure seamless integration and proper adoption of best practices. In addition, you’ll collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customer needs, clarify requirements, and coordinate the resources necessary to address any concerns that arise.

Role Overview:
As the Account Specialist for Growth Initiatives, you will be the tactical engine behind our most critical affiliate partnerships. Reporting directly to the Head of Customer Success, you will sit at the intersection of sales enablement, client onboarding, and performance analytics. Your mission is to ensure that partners on platforms like Credit Karma, Bankrate, and CD Valet aren’t just "active," but are optimized for maximum growth and revenue.
This isn't a traditional "maintenance" account management role. You are joining a high-visibility initiative backed by the CSO and Head of CS. You will have a direct hand in shaping the company's growth trajectory via digital marketing affiliate channels and will gain deep exposure to both the strategic and operational sides of the business.
Salary Range: $97,500 - $130,000

A DAY IN THE LIFE:
As a Sales Engineer at Amount, your day will be dynamic and multifaceted. You'll start by collaborating with the Sales team and Customer Success team to understand client needs and tailor technical solutions accordingly. You'll engage with potential and existing clients to articulate the technical aspects of our products, demonstrating their value and functionality through presentations and product demonstrations. Furthermore, you'll work closely with the product development team to relay client feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of our offerings. Additionally, you'll provide post-sales support, ensuring seamless integration and addressing any technical concerns that may arise.
Team: Will join a team of ~40 across Sales, Sales Engineering, Implementations, Customer Success, and Operations.

The Mid-market Sales team is responsible for driving revenue growth focused on community banks and credit unions. As part of our foundational mid-market sales team, you will identify opportunities and articulate the value of our various products.
