ALX Ventures is seeking a Program Manager who will lead the centralized delivery of the Founder Academy (FA) and coordinate Incubator programming across Africa. You will own the end-to-end implementation of our startup readiness programming and collaborate with city teams and ecosystem partners to support the journey from idea-stage validation to venture acceleration. For both the Founder Academy and Incubator, this includes core programming and communications related to online masterclasses, workshops, office hours, LMS content and modularization. This will be supported separately by city teams who will determine their own complementary localized in-person and hybrid programming alongside the core programs.
You will also help steward the design and rollout of incubator showcases and manage ongoing coordination across ALX Ventures’ 8 cities and beyond. This role will report to the Delivery Manager and work closely with city teams to deliver a high-quality, data-driven learning experience for early-stage founders.

ALX Ventures is seeking a highly structured and execution-focused Operations Specialist to support the operational systems that enable Ventures programs to scale efficiently across Africa.
This role plays a critical part in building the operational infrastructure, workflows, and systems that allow program teams to execute effectively while reducing friction in program delivery. The Operations Specialist will work closely with program managers, partnerships teams, and central leadership to establish clear rhythms, tracking mechanisms, documentation frameworks, and scalable operational processes.
The role directly supports ALX Ventures’ objective of building scalable program systems that increase outcomes for strategic partnerships alongside flagship programs for founders and freelancers, including the delivery and modularization of Founder Academy, Freelancer Academy, and other Ventures initiatives.

As a Learning Experience Designer, Corporate Training, you will lead the design and development of high-impact enterprise learning solutions across online, hybrid, and in-person formats. You will work closely with subject matter experts, facilitators, program managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs and expert insight into practical, engaging, and commercially strong learning experiences.

ROLE OVERVIEW
The Entrepreneurship Development Manager will be instrumental in nurturing and expanding the entrepreneurial ecosystem within the country market. This dynamic role offers a unique opportunity to drive both operational excellence and strategic vision as a core member of a City Team. The Manager will report directly to the City General Manager for day-to-day operational leadership and program implementation, while also maintaining a strategic reporting line to the Entrepreneurship Director to ensure alignment with our global entrepreneurial efforts, in particular with our flagship ALX Ventures program. In this capacity, the Manager will integrate practices and perspectives from both city-specific and global contexts to advance our collective mission.
