About Leadership Core and Foundations
The Leadership Core and Foundations Program provides all students with a transformative, leadership-focused academic experience. The program is structured into modules that integrate foundational skills and leadership competencies, equipping students with essential 21st-century skills such as communication for impact, critical thinking, problem-solving, quantitative reasoning, logical thinking, self-directed learning, and self-leadership.
Through experiential learning, collaborative projects, and reflective thinking, students develop the capabilities and resilience required to excel academically and thrive in their personal and professional lives.

We are looking for a software engineer who is motivated to develop the next generation of Computer Scientists and Software Engineers through building, not just teaching. Teaching at ALCHE is hands-on and project-based. Students don’t just learn concepts. They build solutions, work with constraints, and engage with real-world problems. You will guide this process by drawing on your industry experience while maintaining high academic standards.
This role goes beyond delivery. You will contribute to curriculum development, mentor students as they grow into professionals, and continuously adapt the programme to reflect evolving industry practices in a rapidly changing technological landscape.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver high-quality instruction across modules across the institution’s Software Engineering and Computer Science programmes, using practical, hands-on, and real-world teaching approaches aligned with programme learning outcomes.

The International Business and Trade (IBT) Manager is accountable for the end-to-end student experience, including the design, delivery, and assessment of the BSc (Hons) International Business and Trade programme at the ALCHE. The manager will also be responsible for implementing the programme's quality assurance and enhancement processes, line-managing the faculty, and undertaking other associated activities to ensure the successful operationalisation and delivery of the programme.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills, with experience in higher education and leadership development. This position is essential for enhancing the student learning experience and contributing to the institution’s mission.
Assessment Board Participation: Actively participate in decision-making processes as a member of the assessment board.Senate Engagement: Contribute to institutional service by engaging in the Senate and its sub-committees, providing valuable input and leadership.

A Campus Operations Lead holds a pivotal role in managing the comprehensive operational activities of the campus environment. The primary responsibility is to ensure the efficient functioning of various aspects of campus operations, including facilities management, security protocols, and relevant administrative support services. The role serve as a central point of contact for addressing operational issues, resolving conflicts, and implementing solutions to improve overall campus functionality. In addition, the Campus Operations Lead acts as an expert in all facilities related issue to provide the best possible experience for all ALU stakeholders.
