As the Solutions Engineer, reporting to the Solutions Engineering Director, you will work closely with the rest of the Technology – Technical Solutions team, as well as the Head of Customer Success, making your mark in a number of ways: 

• Support the team by learning and understanding the customer and market requirements, ensuring business alignment 

• Help to drive the delivery of the customer solution and product through the complete data centre cycle 

• Support translating customer requirements into key design projects of our data centres in the APAC region and in preparing presentations to customers and executives. 

Your Day to Day 

• Provide support to the Solutions Team in the RFP proposal and deliver key technical / engineering documents 

• Provide support in production of key technical and sales collateral – High Level M&E Schematic and Technical presentation materials 

• Assist in high-level space planning and engineering solutions for our customers 

• Involved in pioneering various engineering solutions relating to design, calculations and other engineering aspects 

• Assist in the development of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) 

• Support in preparing pitch decks, presentation packs and collateral for customers and executives 

• Support the connectivity team working with carriers in the region 

Requirements 

• Currently enrolled/studying OR fresh graduates of Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) 

• Fluent in MS Office (Power Point, Word, Excel) and good knowledge of BlueBeam and Basic AutoCad 

• Basic knowledge of CFD is an advantage but not required – this only applies if you’re mechanical trade 

• Analytical mindset 

• Good technical writing, documentation, and communication skills 

• Willing to learn, good attitude and proactive

• Lead the coordination within the internal teams to gather necessary information for proposal development.
• Manage workshop, technical session and meeting with Customer.
• Collaborate with internal stake holders to ensure the final solutions meets our Customer needs and aligned with company goals.
• Manage and support Customer on their fitout requirement – prepare demarcation schedule.
• Manage direct communication from internal and external stakeholders.
• Involve in the negotiation with Customer on technical aspects, technical deviations and alternative solutions. Review Technical Exhibits of the Customer lease.
• Lead technical tours and presentation for new and existing Customer.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 8 years experience in Building Design, Engineering, and relevant field. Experience in Customer engagement is an advantage.
• Fluent in MS Office (Power Point, Word, Excel) and good knowledge of BlueBeam and AutoCad
• Good knowledge of CFD

As Senior Legal Counsel - Banking, based in Singapore, you will report to the Director, Legal -Corporate Transactions, and work closely with the various teams and leadership across the Asia Pacific region, making your mark in a number of ways:

• You will work closely with AirTrunk’s award-winning Treasury team to lead and drive key treasury and debt capital market workstreams across the APJ region requiring specialist legal input, including corporate finance, securitisations, project finance, derivatives and hedging, alternative capital markets and sustainable banking
• You will advise on, structure and shape new and existing financings across the AirTrunk group to enable the rapid expansion of AirTrunk data centre developments across APJ, in line with regulatory requirements
• You will be able to hone new skills and expertise in related workstreams as required, including treasury, finance, tax, construction and development, sustainability and energy developing an in-depth knowledge of AirTrunk’s business and providing legal support on AirTrunk’s strategic initiatives

Your Day to Day 

• Provide expert legal advice on a range of banking and finance workstreams across APJ, and work closely with AirTrunk teams to shape deal structuring solutions from a legal and regulatory perspective, with support from external counsel as required
• Review, negotiate and finalise complex financial transaction documents including fee and commitment letters, facility agreements, ISDAs, security agreements and sustainability linked-loans across AirTrunk’s existing jurisdictions and new markets
• Work closely with the AirTrunk Treasury team to facilitate successful execution of debt financing transactions and drive any post-closing matters from a legal and regulatory perspective, including support of operationalisation of financing obligation compliance
• Evaluate and manage legal and regulatory risks within AirTrunk’s debt financing transactions to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations across relevant jurisdictions within our APJ footprint and new markets
• Monitor and identify emerging legal and regulatory issues and developments from a debt and financing perspective, drive initiatives to ensure awareness and compliance and improve processes within AirTrunk, including through training and development of new policies and procedures

Requirements

• Law degree from an accredited law school
• Minimum of 7+ years banking and finance experience gained from a reputable law firm and/or within an in-house environment
• Experience in APJ highly regarded
• Experience in advising, and ability to navigate complex and innovative financial structures across including corporate finance, securitisations, project finance, derivatives and hedging, alternative capital markets and sustainable banking
• Demonstrated ability to apply sound judgement and commercial acumen to a range of cases, whilst delivering practical legal advice that manages risk and aligns with best practice
• Ability to autonomously and efficiently manage multiple workstreams, priorities and stakeholders

As the Finance Manager (Group Reporting), you will support the Senior Manager, Finance (Group Reporting) in managing the Group’s monthly close, consolidation and year-end audit PBC processes, and statutory reporting obligations across Hong Kong entities.

This is a highly collaborative and technically focused role, combining hands-on consolidation work, month-end reporting, and process improvement to enhance system efficiency and reporting quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Senior Manager in the ownership and maintenance of the Group’s consolidation and financial reporting systems.
• Assist in system setup, data validation, and troubleshooting to ensure accurate consolidation and reporting across entities.
• Coordinate month-end close and group reporting activities, including data collection, review of consolidation adjustments, eliminations, and reconciliations.
• Manage Hong Kong reporting obligations and ensure timely submission of reporting deliverables to Group Finance.
• Assist Senior Manager in organizing the compilation of reporting pack requests from jurisdictional teams, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance with Group reporting standards.
• Support the standardization of financial statement templates and reporting disclosures across Group entities and subsidiaries.

Requirements

• Qualified Accountant (CA/CPA or equivalent) with 8-10 years’ experience in group reporting, consolidation, financial control, or audit within multinational or high-growth organizations.
• Strong technical understanding of IFRS, foreign currency translation, and group consolidation principles
• Experience in accounting analysis and application of accounting standards to complex transactions.
• Hands-on experience in month-end close and statutory reporting within multinational or regional environments.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, comfortable operating in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and able to manage tight timelines across multiple entities.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external auditors.

As Senior Director – Customer Governance & Transactions, you will lead a newly created high-impact function within the Customer Success organization focused on driving customer contract excellence, strategic inference from customer intelligence, and implement strong governance across customer deals. This role is critical to ensuring seamless execution of complex deals, maintaining transparency, and safeguarding long-term customer relationships. Governance & Intelligence

• Manage a high performing team responsible for creating a centralised intelligence system to maintain a single source of truth for all customer deals.

Customer Contract Management and Fulfillment

• Build and maintain a live platform for the deal team to regularly track contract open items across various customer contract documents (MSA, SO, lease, exhibits) and resolve open items timely to maintain deal momentum.
• Build a comprehensive and intelligent database of contracted terms across customers deals to provide the deal team with quick reference points to design future deal terms.
• Participate in customer contract negotiations and provide sign off on a customer contract summary (prepared by Commercial Development team) for ensuring key contractual deliverables are passed on accurately to downstream teams and general contractors to mitigate any scope gaps during project delivery.
• Partner with the Customer Legal team to maintain updated contract term guardrails to empower the deal team in negotiating key terms effectively and minimize exception approval requests to the Executive team.
• Serve as an internal consultant to the deal team, providing strategic guidance on negotiating and optimising customer terms for each deal while maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Monitor internal governance approval ROB across all contracts (deals and amendments) and collaborate with the deal lead to ensure deal execution timing aligns with both customer expectations and AirTrunk’s internal approval processes.

• Drive cross-team collaboration to optimise change management processes relating to front end customer engagements, customer deals and customer contract management to proactively prevent future issues.

Requirements

• More than 15 years of experience in customer contract and account management, or related roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and manage complex customer contracts
• Skilled in coordinating multi-stakeholder contract negotiations, tracking and resolving open items to maintain deal momentum.
• Experience in establishing processes for accurate handover of contractual deliverables to downstream teams and supply chain partners.
• Strong capability to design and manage governance frameworks, including centralised intelligence systems for customer deals and capacity portfolio planning.
• Demonstrated experience in unlocking strategic growth insights from customer engagement data and streamlining internal communications to support resource planning.
• Experience in driving cross-team collaboration to optimise change management processes and prevent future issues.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and customer success tools will be an advantage.
