The role of District Sales Manager will work with the company strategic direction of acquiring dealer group opportunities. Working in conjunction with the VP’s executing a Top Down approach with executive alignment to capture specific targeted rooftops in a Bottoms Up approach to gain share within the group.
Location - West Region
District Sales Managers will be evaluated by the following OKRS in addition to sales performance:
OKRS
- Drive Revenue growth through; pipeline growth
- Pipeline Growth: develop qualified pipeline coverage to reflect 3X to 5X of monthly and quarterly quota targets
- Achieving assigned monthly booking targets
- Salesforce Forecasting and Pipeline Management: maintain four-month accurate rolling forecast
- Sales Face to Face Visits: Expected travel and meeting with prospective customers on a weekly basis. As well as, delivering paperwork to close business
- Domain Expertise: come up to speed and maintain a knowledge base on our products, competition and market trends.
Sales
- Sell Affinitiv’s products and services to customers within your assigned territory using a consultative approach to meet and exceed all revenue monthly quota targets
- Travel within assigned territory or conduct online meetings with prospects and current customers
- Maintain activity level of phone calls, emails, scheduled meetings, and prospecting
- Establish qualified pipeline opportunities to reflect 3X to 5X of monthly and quarterly quota targets.
- Educate Auto Retailers (new business or grow current accounts) on how Affinitiv products or services can benefit their dealerships, and help achieve Corporate KPIs through our products and consultative approach
- Utilize Salesforce.com to manage and record all sales activity
- Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand customer's specific needs
- Interact regularly with Affinitiv thought leaders: Sales VP, to identify new opportunities
Position Requirements
- 2+ years of demonstrated experience in Automotive software sales or Retail
- Comfortable with Auto Software Solutions or Marketing Services
- Experience tracking all sales activity in Salesforce or relatable CRM
- Strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Willing to travel 80%
- Previous record of success and excellent employment references

Reporting to the Sr. Director Client Success, responsibilities of the Field Performance Manager, (Automotive SaaS) include developing close relationships with your portfolio of assigned clients, connecting with key decision makers, and maximizing the potential of each account. Educating clients on effective use of current suite of products and recommending additional products that meet client needs. Position requires 80% travel.
Location Required - Northern California
Responsibilities
- Drive Affinitiv and Dealer initiatives to drive engagement and growth within existing assigned book of business.
- Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your book of business and escalate any issues to manager.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key decision makers and build upon existing product use
- Ensure successful delivery of our software solutions according to client needs and objectives
- Conduct training and communicate product knowledge effectively
- Forecast and track key account metrics for both the client and Affinitiv management.
- Identify and grow opportunities within assigned territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
- Assist with high severity requests or issues and provide swift solutions or escalate to appropriate department as needed
- Track and submit expenses accurately on a timely basis. All expenses submitted must be detailed and legible and have a relationship with a client task and entered in Concur for review and approval
- Maintains client in store visit schedule according account SLAs.
- Meet or exceed client retention goals, additional product quotas, product usage objectives and client satisfaction surveys
Requirements
- 5-year experience in managing a SaaS in automotive.
- Proven account management or other relevant experience in Fixed Ops
- Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including owner, executive and GM level
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Dependable safe transportation in accordance with all state laws
- Must have valid DL, ability to rent a car, ability to take domestic flights
- Ability to incur and document travel related expenses to be reimbursed
- Must be organized and task oriented
- Must be able to visit clients in store each day of the week Monday thru Friday in accordance with Field Client Consultant and client requirements.
- Position requires 80% travel.

The Account Coordinator (AC) is the liaison between the client and Affinitiv Advertising and ensures that the client’s creative assets are delivered each month on time. They are responsible for delivering creative assets to be used across all advertising channels, traditional and digital (Cable, Radio, Broadcast, Digital TV including YouTube True View campaign performance, Social Media Marketing, Outdoor Billboard, Direct Mail, Email Conquest campaigns). They are primarily responsible for managing the clients workflow to ensure the team executes the marketing plan in a timely manner.
Position Responsibilities:
- Opens jobs utilizing our Dashboard with complete and accurate creative briefs.
- Works with Traffic Manager for all production jobs.
- Obtains client and co-op/compliance approvals.
- Constant record keeping of client and co-op/compliance approvals.
- Weekly website audits for active clients looking for 404 errors and out of date marketing campaigns.
- Taking action on any issue found.
- Initiating, managing (co-op / compliance approval) and posting all web assets on a monthly basis. These include:
- Website Offer Sliders
- Website Offer Specials
- Website Offer Landing Page
- Display Ad Sets
- Facebook Ad Sets
- Submits all dealer websites for compliance approval on a monthly basis:
- Making all required changes in a timely manner
- Resubmitting
- Obtaining and filing compliance approval letter.
- Makes creative changes at the direction of the client and/or Account Executive.
- Responsible for proofreading all assets produced by the agency for their particular clients prior to sending to the client and to the final vendor. This includes vehicle accuracy, dealership contact information (calling the phone number), headline, subhead, all content.
- Completes insertion orders based off of the advertising budget.
- Obtains media estimates based off of the advertising budget.
- Interacts with clients, multiple departments, and team members.
- Executes the monthly planning creative at the direction of the Senior Account Executive and / or the Account Executive.
- Other tasks may include coordinating event logistics, other media outreach activities, developing data bases, coordinating mailings and assembling press packets, training kits or other materials.

The Sr. Software Engineer will report to a Software Engineering Manager. At Affinitiv, our engineers on our fullstack teams build the web applications that provide full selfservice access for our customers in the automotive dealership industry. We are looking for fullstack engineers with a demonstrated track record of developing and maintaining production services, innovative thinking, and technical excellence. This role includes technical design, software development, and thorough testing of product features and software.

Frontend Reporting Engineer (Angular & Reporting Applications)

We are looking for a Frontend Engineer with strong Angular experience to build and maintain modern, data-driven reporting interfaces. This role focuses on developing Angular-based reports and web pages that consume data from Snowflake via APIs.
In addition to frontend development, this role requires the ability to research and understand legacy C# pages to help the team document existing logic, validate data behavior, and support ongoing modernization efforts. A foundational understanding of SQL is important to trace how data flows from Snowflake into reporting applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain reporting user interfaces using the Angular framework
- Develop reusable components and layouts for data-heavy dashboards and reports
- Consume and display data from API endpoints connected to Snowflake
- Collaborate with backend and data engineers to ensure accurate and performant data delivery
- Research legacy C# pages to understand existing business logic and data behavior
- Assist in documenting and validating how legacy pages function to support migration or refactoring
- Use SQL knowledge to identify relevant tables, views, and stored procedures that power report data
- Debug and troubleshoot data discrepancies between UI, API responses, and Snowflake outputs
- Support ongoing enhancements and ad-hoc updates to reporting pages
- Follow established UI, performance, and coding standards
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Frontend or Web Engineer
- Strong experience with Angular (components, services, routing, observables)
- Solid JavaScript / TypeScript experience
- Experience consuming RESTful APIs
- Working knowledge of C# sufficient to read, understand, and research existing codebases
- Basic to intermediate SQL experience (reading queries, understanding joins and aggregations)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and data teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building analytics or reporting applications
- Familiarity with Angular Material or similar UI frameworks
- Experience working in a hybrid legacy + modern tech stack

This applicant must have a minimum of 2-5 years’ experience as a proofreader. Mid-level knowledge of all aspects of spelling and grammar is required. Knowledge of marketing and/or experience in marketing preferred. We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Staff Accountant to support month-end close, prepare accurate financial statements, and maintain balance sheet reconciliations and internal controls. This role will perform transactional accounting across AP/AR/fixed assets, assist with budgeting and forecasts, coordinate audit and tax support, and identify process improvements while mentoring junior staff. The ideal candidate has strong GAAP knowledge, advanced Excel and ERP experience, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
HYBRID ROLE
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead month-end close activities: prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analyses.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts, investigate discrepancies, and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting procedures.
- Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and payroll accounting as needed.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis.
- Prepare account analyses and supporting schedules for audits; coordinate with external auditors.
- Ensure timely and compliant tax and regulatory filings (sales/use tax, 1099s, state filings) in coordination with tax resources.
- Document processes, create SOPs, and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Mentor and train junior accounting staff; review their work and provide feedback.
- Participate in ad hoc projects, system implementations, and cross-functional initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA or progress toward CPA strongly preferred.
- 3–6 years of progressive public or private accounting experience; experience with multi-entity or consolidated accounting a plus.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and month-end close processes.
- Proficiency with accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, formulas).
- Experience with ERP implementations or accounting systems improvements is advantageous.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills; ability to work independently and within a team.
Preferred:
- CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification.
- Experience in [industry—e.g., manufacturing, technology, nonprofit, healthcare].
- Familiarity with SOX compliance and internal control frameworks.
