The Sales Enablement Specialist supports sales training, onboarding, and enablement at 8am. You play a pivotal role in helping the team close more deals, faster, and do so through onboarding new reps, building and maintaining enablement training programs, conducting coaching and assessments, and supporting ongoing education initiatives. What you'll do:
- Create, improve, and maintain sales processes, best practices, policies, playbooks, and documentation.
- Develop and deliver virtual, in-person, and self-paced onboarding and continuous education sessions tailored to individual sales roles across multi-product domains.
- Develop competent assessment strategies and 1:1 training and coaching programs that scale, which ensures all sales reps are proficient in product knowledge, value propositions, messaging, competitive landscapes, and sales processes in line with their respective roles.
- Create and maintain a repository of sales enablement materials, such as sales decks, case studies, product videos, and other collateral.
- Own data, analytics, and measurement of sales enablement programs, defining KPIs to assess effectiveness across onboarding, content adoption, and sales performance, and using insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and Business Operations to identify highest-impact training and content priorities.
- Own and serve as a subject matter expert on sales tools and technologies.
- Reinforce resources and methodologies to ensure the success, efficiency, and effectiveness of our sales organization.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices, and recommend solutions to address processes and knowledge gaps.
About you:
- 2+ years in sales or sales enablement, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to create and deliver clear, engaging, accurate, and concise presentations and training programs.
- Passion for supporting, teaching and enabling people’s success with tools, methodologies, and training.
- Meticulous organization, detail orientation, and task-driven nature.
- Enthusiasm to learn a new, complex domain and the humility to ask for help when needed.

Additional Information
The annual salary range for this position is $66,000 to $100,000. The salary range for performing this role outside of the US / Austin / California may differ. 8am is committed to offering competitive, fair and commensurate compensation and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. About the role:
8am is hiring a Software Development Engineer in Test to embed within our SaaS Platform team, the group that owns customer identity, authentication, provisioning, roles and permissions, risk profiling, and the APIs every other 8am product consumes. You will own the test automation strategy for that team and partner with engineers from requirements through release.
We do not embed SDETs everywhere. We place them where the rate of change and blast radius warrant it. SaaS Platform is one of those places. QE owns test strategy, risk assessment, and quality gates; SDETs own the automation that makes those gates enforceable. Your focus is end-to-end flow coverage of the critical user journeys that exercise the platform in production, plus contract coverage of the APIs downstream products depend on. We do not chase atomic line coverage at the E2E layer. Your work directly supports our Defect Leakage Rate target of under 15%.
This role is hired through an Employer of Record (EOR) partner in the Czech Republic.

What you'll do:
- Own the E2E flow automation strategy for SaaS Platform, prioritizing critical customer journeys (auth, provisioning, identity, role and permission flows) over exhaustive atomic coverage.
- Build and maintain automation in Python with Playwright for UI flows and PyTest for API and contract coverage, contributing back to our internal framework when you find gaps.
- Integrate tests into CircleCI and our tiered quality gates (PR smoke, nightly, pre-release regression) so gates are enforceable, fast, and trustworthy. Flaky tests are a defect; treat them like one.
- Validate authentication, provisioning, and role/permission flows, and the OpenAPI contracts that downstream products depend on across MyCase, DocketWise, CASEPeer, and LawPay.
- Partner with the Quality Engineers on your squad/across the organization: they surface the risk and coverage signals; you close them with automation.
- Use AI tooling where it accelerates real outcomes: test plan generation, code review, automation scaffolding, and coverage gap analysis through our Qase MCP integration.
About you:
- 6+ years in software development or test automation, with demonstrated experience designing E2E automation around critical flows rather than chasing coverage targets. Familiarity with risk-based testing and the test pyramid as working concepts, not buzzwords.
- Advanced to expert in Python and PyTest, with deep experience across both front-end (Playwright) and API test automation.
- Hands-on experience testing authentication, provisioning, and role/permission systems, including OAuth, SAML, and SSO. Comfortable with API contract testing and OpenAPI specification development and validation.
- Advanced SQL for complex test data setup and validation. Strong Linux fundamentals and working knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, and TLS for debugging auth and API failures from packet captures or dev tools.
- Working proficiency with cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines (CircleCI preferred).
- Hands-on fluency with AI-assisted development and testing tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or comparable), including prompt design that produces reliable output and the judgment to know when to throw AI output away.
- Past experience standing up a test automation framework from scratch, plus exposure to Quality KPIs, QaaS initiatives, and PCI compliance in payments or identity systems.
- Experience with test case management (Qase or TestRail), defect tracking in Jira, and mentoring SDETs to automation proficiency.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve workflows, enhance decision-making, or drive innovation.

We're hiring a Manager II of Quality Engineering to lead a team of QEs embedded across our Agile squads. You'll report to the Senior Director of Quality Engineering and partner with peers across QE management. - Design and create performance test suites for multiple product teams against a microservices-based SaaS platform running on AWS.
- Operate and help maintain production-like environments for performance analysis, diagnosis, and regression testing.

- Define, track, and report on performance KPIs (response times, throughput, error rates, resource utilization) and deliver trend analysis and projections to engineering leadership and product stakeholders.

- Identify and define nonfunctional performance tests for CI/CD pipeline gates (Integration, Regression, Post-Deployment). Work with DevX and Platform Engineering to establish pass/fail thresholds that catch regressions before production.
- Contribute to performance engineering standards, runbooks, and best practices within the QE organization.
About you:
- 3+ years of hands-on performance testing and analysis on microservices-based, cloud-hosted (AWS) SaaS platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to move from symptoms to root cause.
- Background in statistical analysis: trend modeling, interpolation, extrapolation, and capacity forecasting.
- Working knowledge of AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, ECS/EKS), Docker, and Kubernetes.

8am is looking for a Cloud Platform Engineer to help us build and maintain our next-generation platform. You will be a member of the Platform Engineering Organization, which is responsible for the software and infrastructure management focusing on availability, performance and security of core service layers supporting our payments platform and practice management software. - Automate deployment, monitoring, and management for 100% AWS cloud based infrastructure

What you'll do:
- Create, improve, and maintain sales processes, best practices, policies, playbooks, and documentation.
- Develop and deliver virtual, in-person, and self-paced onboarding and continuous education sessions tailored to individual sales roles across multi-product domains.
