Job Summary

The Paid Media team is tasked with establishing company-wide digital media strategies, campaign management, and providing consultative support across multiple AEG divisions such as AEG Presents, Global Touring, Festivals, Goldenvoice, Bowery Presents, Sports, and Global Partnerships. The  Sr. Digital Marketing Analyst will be responsible for compiling reporting to evaluate effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities across digital channels, budgets, audiences, creative, while clearly communicating actionable recommendations to drive ticket sales, event awareness, customer acquisition, and brand initiatives based on findings. This role will also work closely with Data & Analytics, Product, and Data Engineering teams for cross-functional projects that supports solutions for paid media data aggregation, mastering, measurement, and visualization. The position will lead projects and work with appropriate teams to ensure tracking for measurement is in place to capture relevant marketing data, develop + maintain attribution models, and define benchmarks against key metrics such as CPA and Return on Ad Spend.

Essential Functions

• Provide analytical support to Paid Media and Marketing teams, compiling performance marketing reports across digital channels using internal BI tools, Google Analytics, native advertising platforms. Communicate results to stakeholders, working with media and strategy teams to demonstrate clear actionable insights for media plans, budget forecasting, targeting/audiences, and creative.
• Build and maintain comprehensive measurement plans to evaluate paid media performance, calculate benchmarks based on objectives, develop + maintain attribution models to identify trends, testing opportunities, and insights by channel, audience, festival/tour/regional show, and business unit.
• Partner with Data, Product, Engineering teams to manage data pipelines + ingestion for channel metrics, define data collection requirements and enforce optimal taxonomy for reporting implementations, continual data hygiene + integrity across ad buying and internal platforms.
• Collaborate with media, marketing, and data teams to inform audience and targeting strategies. Develop tests to evaluate new campaign strategies, ad products, optimization tactics, and targeting features.
• Manage and lead paid media projects involving data aggregation and measurement tools such as Datorama, Google Analytics / GA4, Tag Manager, DOMO, BigQuery, LiveRamp, server-server integrations with media partners. Ensure appropriate site tracking is in place to capture relevant data points to measure marketing effectiveness.
• Work closely with data team to develop and maintain reporting dashboards for internal and external use, while providing support for ad hot reporting requests.

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree (4-year) Marketing, Mathematics, Economics, Business, or relevant coursework
• 4-6 years experience in analytics or similar role, whether on client side, publisher, or agency side; preferably for e-commerce initiatives
• Strong ability to compile reporting and evaluate performance of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels and touchpoints based on defined objectives.
• Highly proficient in Google Analytics / GA4, sit tagging technology such as Google Tag Manager, and server to server measurement solutions.
• Knowledge of traditional + digital media metrics, attribution models, media mix modeling (MMM)
• Familiar with reporting, visualization, and analytics tools such as Datorama, DOMO, Google Data Studio.
• Deep understanding of media landscape, including ad tech + martech, and programmatic buying tools (audience management, DSP/SSP, social buying platforms, bid management, ad serving, web analytics)
• Understanding of privacy implications in digital space and future-proofing marketing measurement in a cookie-less environments, with experience tracking customer journeys through multiple media touchpoints.
• Experience developing, designing, and measuring A/B tests.
• Clearly communicates recommendations and insights drawn from marketing reports, excellent data visualization and storytelling skills.
• Effective and organized team player with proven ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously
• Experience pulling large and complex data sets using SQL or similar language

Payscale: $82,158.00 -$125,000.00 Annually

Job Summary

The Integrated Marketing Specialist is an integral, strategic, and impactful member of the Integrated Marketing team within the AEG Presents Global Partnerships division, supporting music festivals, venues, tours, digital media, and branded content.

This is a core executional role primarily responsible for leading the development, creation, and execution of high-impact, integrated marketing materials that drive revenue across AEG Presents’ live music portfolio. The Integrated Marketing Specialist plays the key role in translating sales objectives, 360 brand strategy, cultural insights, and creative concepts into sales-ready presentations, custom brand proposals, RFP responses, and go-to-market materials that win new business, increase renewals, and expand partnership growth.

Essential Functions

• Lead the development and execution of high-impact, fully integrated, marketing proposals to win business and drive revenue. Partner directly with the Sales and Integrated Marketing teams to translate client needs, deal strategy, and creative direction into compelling presentation narratives.
• Assist and advise coordinators/junior team members in the production of materials and vetting of strategic marketing solutions. Ensure proposals/sales materials are polished and delivered on deadline.
• Own the development of festival and partnership recaps. Create detailed reports for the department and partners based on festival/show/event attendance, demographics, and exposure. 
• Support internal brainstorms and working sessions by sharing relevant insights, capturing notes, and assisting with next steps and follow-ups that result in revenue generation for the business.

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree (4-year) Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, Creative Arts/Design, or a related field.
• 2-4 years sales or partnership development experience, particularly related to marketing assets and sponsorships.
• 2-4 years experience in marketing or creative strategy, ideally within the live entertainment events, brand, or media industry (e.g. music, sports, festivals, venues)
• 2-4 years proven track record of ideation and creative development, from concept to finished product, including approval processes.

Job Summary

Design and scale testing frameworks, automation infrastructure, and validation architecture across AEG Presents engineering platforms. The QE Architect partners with Principal QEs, Software Architects, and engineering teams to embed quality into system design, CI/CD pipelines, and delivery workflows. This role exists to ensure testing infrastructure and automation tooling support scalable, reliable software delivery across programs.

Essential Functions

• Design enterprise automation frameworks and shared testing utilities that enable scalable validation across engineering teams and programs.
• Define technical standards for test frameworks, automation tooling, and validation infrastructure to ensure consistent testing practices across platforms.

Position Summary: The Tour Assistant will be responsible for supporting the touring department and it's executives by appropriately routing phone calls, logging messages, managing correspondence, and various administrative duties associated with coordinating meetings, expense reports, and filing. Additionally, the Tour Assistant will be responsible for obtaining show avails and venue holds, developing a venue and artist hold log, tour contact sheets, and scaling maps at various venues for each tour.

Essential Functions: 

• Administrative duties include: answer phones, create phone logs, assist department executives with message routing, drafting tour memos and other miscellaneous correspondence, maintain contact lists, organize routine tour meetings, develop meeting agendas, and meeting correspondence.
• Manage office systems in the touring department including creating filing systems for tour memos and contracts, ordering office supplies as needed, maintaining copy and fax systems, completing AMEX reports for touring personnel, and completing weekly payroll for touring staff.
• Tour related responsibilities include: collecting avails/holds for tour dates and venues, develop an avail and hold log for all pending tours, placing holds directly with venue includes negotiation as needed, develop tour contact sheets for distribution, maintain database of venue information, update venue rent grids.
• Create scaling maps for venues: create colored venue specific scaling maps for each tour.
• Responsible for internal booking database maintenance, assist with building tours, upload settlements and route appropriate approvals.
• Research & Reporting: research historical tour data, pull Soundscan/BDS reports as needed, Trade Reporting: report box office information to Pollstar, Billboard, and other public databases for all tours.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or its equivalency (BA/BS Degree Preferred) in In Accounting/Finance, Legal, Logistics, or related area preferred
• 0-2 years of related work experience
• Previous administrative assistant experience with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships

The Vice President Engineering leads the organization responsible for building, operating, and scaling the digital platforms that power the company's global ecommerce, fan engagement, and data ecosystem. Job Summary 

The Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Finance Manager will be responsible for supporting the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer, M&A Director and the greater AEG Presents' Executive Leadership in all areas of an acquisition lifecycle to drive analysis and strategic decisions, gain consensus among stakeholders, and prepare clear, concise and compelling presentations for leadership. The acquisition lifecycle includes initial financial due diligence, business case modeling and review, understanding the target's accounting processes, integration planning and execution, and post-acquisition partner capital account reporting and accounting. The M&A Finance Manager will also support the Chief Accounting Officer in ad hoc technical accounting projects.

Essential Functions 

• Support CFO, CAO and M&A Director as part of a small, efficient, high-performing M&A Finance team to advance all priorities in the M&A Finance portfolio, diligence efforts which include in-depth and comprehensive financial and operational analysis, quality of earnings, net working capital, strategic fit, and identification of potential integration considerations, with the intent for Executive Leadership to be educated on critical points and findings that may challenge the decision to buy or not.
• Design post-acquisition integration plans, including gaining a deep understanding of the targeted business and accounting processes to evaluate the integration risks and challenges when developing plans across multiple departments (i.e., finance and accounting, legal, operations, etc.).
• Prepare internal reports and presentations for AEG Presents’ Executive Leadership on acquisition performance and financial trends, including acquisition return on investment (ROI).
• Prepare internal reports, presentations, and monthly journal entries for AEG Presents business partners on capital account balances, partner loan balances, periodic results, and calculations of distributable cash.
• Perform ad hoc specialized accounting projects such as impairment analyses, assisting the CAO with the adoption of new accounting pronouncements, and preparing specified accounting guidance memos for use by regional accounting teams.
• Prepare a subset of reports for the annual financial statement audit.
• Work closely with leadership across AEG Presents’ Legal, Tax, Corporate Development, and Regional Finance Teams to achieve the position’s objectives.

Job Summary

The Sr Data Analyst must have a honed skill for choosing the right lens through which to best explain the relevance of a given data set and its relationship to business goals. The Sr Data Analyst will figure out the best way to visualize their findings and explore new ways to express them. The incumbent will be able to distill a great body of work into an illuminating image.

Essential Functions

• Analyze customer behavior and engagement signals across all channels and touchpoints to provide key business insights; identify macro and micro indicators.
• Visualize key metrics on an ongoing basis to succinctly communicate out to marketing, executive team and key stakeholders.
• Own analytic toolset from an implementation and maintenance standpoint, including, but not limited to: adding data sources / pipelines, iterating reports, and exploring new functionality and technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional groups including Product, Media, Talent Buying, and Marketing to identify trends and key opportunities.
• Develop quantitative analysis, ad hoc reports, models, and suggest A/B tests to challenge assumptions or ratify strategies.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis to provide guidance for stakeholders in order to make informed decisions.
• Create, monitor and maintain automated report inventory.
• Identify anomalies in the data to help trouble-shoot issues like data integrity, missing fields, broken data and UX flows, etc.

Job Summary 

The Creative Services Coordinator supports the Creative Services team at AEG Presents by ensuring smooth day to day operations and providing essential administrative and creative support.

Essential Functions 

• Partner with project managers to help push projects forward by quality assuring all creative assets - including digital ads, social/organic content, out of home (OOH), print, animation, video, and web deliverables. Ensure all assets meet brand standards, follow creative direction, and are delivered on time.
• Manage team calendars, schedule meetings, and help prioritize upcoming deadlines and initiatives.
• Assist with expense tracking, reconciliation, and submission for the creative team by collecting receipts, organizing monthly spend, and ensuring all costs are accurately coded and submitted for approval. This includes maintaining up to date expense reports, tracking team budgets, resolving discrepancies, and coordinating with finance to ensure timely reimbursement and accurate departmental records.
• Support cross department communication by organizing project materials, gathering references, and maintaining documentation.
• Support Creative Services leadership by preparing presentation decks for internal and external meetings.
• Help maintain team organization tools, project trackers, and shared folders to ensure information is accessible and up to date.
• Coordinate team outings, internal events, and other culture building activities.

Required Qualifications
