Strategic Pricing Analyst

We’re looking for a Strategic Pricing Analyst for the LATAM region to join our Global Commercial Pricing & Monetization team. As a Strategic Pricing Analyst you will work closely with different teams (e.g. sales, account management, product management, and finance) to ensure we set the best possible prices that reflect our premium offering. The ideal candidate is someone who is able to approach complex problems in a structured manner and convert them into action.

You will be part of our Global Commercial Pricing & Monetization team (as part of the Finance department) which develops value-based pricing and monetization strategies for Adyen’s product offering and provides price guidance to the commercial organization. In addition, we enable the commercial teams to create the best commercial pricing proposals by providing them with means such as tools, insights and training. Finally, we monitor price developments and identify opportunities for improvement.

What you will do:

• Develop and implement pricing strategies for local (LATAM) markets, products and payment methods.
• Develop and implement monetization strategies for new local products.
• Partner with regional leadership to develop and translate pricing insights into actions and decisions.
• Partner with key regional stakeholders to understand business needs and challenges, and convert these into new pricing initiatives.
• Drive adoption of global pricing tools and solutions within the region, while channeling regional feedback to inform future global developments.
• Provide deal pricing support on the region’s most strategic and high-value deals.
• Act as the regional pricing expert and serve as the first point of contact for regional pricing questions.
• Together with other regional experts, you will collaborate on cross functional initiatives that are important to LATAM.

Who you are:

• You have relevant experience in (B2B) pricing, preferably in a strategic, consultancy or other analytical role.
• You have a strong quantitative and detail-oriented background with excellent analytical and modeling skills. Proficiency in tools such as SQL and Looker is a plus.
• You convert data insights into actions and tangible output such as optimized pricing strategies, processes, tools, or trainings.
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work in a high pace environment where you need to continuously prioritize your work.
• You are an effective communicator and can build your own network in a global company.
• You have proven experience delivering projects end-to-end, from concept through implementation.
• Fluent English is a must. Speaking Spanish is a plus. You will work alongside global peers and need to have the ability to operate comfortably within a global and multicultural environment.

Team Lead Accounts Payable

Adyen is looking for a Team Lead Accounts Payable to grow the Group Finance team in Amsterdam, overseeing two functions: Accounts Payable Process (part of Procure to Pay) as well as General Ledger (Record to Report) Accounting. You will not just manage processes; you will motivate and coach a team of 8 people to elevate their impact from operational activities toward full operational accounting ownership.

Your goal is to ensure the "financial engine room" runs with absolute precision, overseeing that all invoice data is received in an audit-proof manner, correctly booked in the ledger, and paid timely. You will be the driving force that empowers the team to own the operational and capital expenditure ledgers, and ensure the integrity of the General Ledger within Adyen’s trial balance, ensuring our finance organization scales effectively as we grow.

What you’ll do

People:

• Lead and mentor the direct reports, act as a role model for the organization and cultivate a winning culture, facilitate learning and development, manage and plan resources, and oversee the team’s day-to-day way of working.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate across Group Finance (Financial Controlling, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and Tax) and with non-finance stakeholders (Procurement, Legal, Infrastructure, and HR).
• Cross-functional Alignment: Work closely with global leads, operational teams, and the broader finance organization.

Process:

• Operations Optimization: Optimize and scale core processes such as supplier invoice processing, payments, and reconciliations.
• Automation & Accuracy: Drive automation initiatives to streamline functions and improve data accuracy.
• General Ledger Management: Manage GL activities related to operational and capital expenditures (for example, OPEX, CAPEX, Intercompany and leases).
• Audit Support: Provide support and information to internal and external auditors regarding operational and capital expenditures.
• Financial Analysis: Prepare variance analysis during the month-end closing process.

Who you are

• You have 4-6 years of experience in financial control/accounting; and/or leadership in operational teams is a plus;
• You are detail-oriented, with an analytical mindset; 
• You have a continuous improvement/ automation mindset;
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with ability to prioritize;
• Able to think 2 steps ahead. We are looking for someone that can question the status quo, think critically and creatively to implement solutions to scale during Adyen’s rapid growth.
• You have strong communication skills and know how to handle escalations;

The Role

As a Treasury Manager within the Balance Sheet Management (BSM) team, we expect you to be a strategic lead—proposing capital structure optimizations, navigating complex regulatory landscapes, and ensuring our growth is matched by a sophisticated risk appetite. At Adyen, we are ‘automate-first,’ so you will be responsible for scaling our global Treasury operations through high-level data strategy and cross-functional leadership.

Moreover, you will take ownership of the financial risk framework that protects and optimizes Adyen’s balance sheet. You won’t just monitor metrics; you will design the strategies that steer our Liquidity, FX, and IRRBB profiles in a shifting global market.

• Strategize & Steer: You lead the monthly Liquidity, Funding, Capital and Risk reviews, moving beyond reporting to provide executive-level proposals on how to optimize our position.
• Design the Economics: You own the evolution of our Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) framework and capital structures, ensuring our global financial products are priced for both competitiveness and sustainability.

Role

 As a Treasury Partnerships Manager, you will take strategic ownership of our banking partnerships across one of core regions, either the Americas or EMEA. As a senior expert, you will act as a sparring partner in resolving complex global banking challenges with both commercial and central banks. Adyen Treasury is dedicated to offer a world-class payments experience to our merchants. By building a transparent, high-performing network of banking partners, you directly enable Adyen’s global strategy. The role is a fulltime position, based in Amsterdam.

• Empower & Focus: Start your day by syncing with the team and team-lead to align on priorities and brainstorm on roadblocks others encounter. You act as a sparring partner who can provide guidance.  
• Drive Partner Excellence: Lead a quarterly review with one of our US banking partners, supported by actionable data to suggest a clear set of improvements. Furthermore, you initiate an RFP process and evaluate new partners based on clear, impact-driven metrics.
• Align Strategically: Act as a key contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring our banking setup is perfectly aligned with Adyen’s commercial goals.
• Engineer the Future: Initiate and own projects that optimize our global banking infrastructure and drive long-term cost efficiencies for 2026 and beyond.

Who are you

• Expert with a Growth Mindset: You have 5+ years of experience in Treasury, Banking, or Relationship Management, and you are comfortable with the technicalities of bank account terminology. You are a pro-active analyst, not afraid to address issues with banks directly.
• Sophisticated Negotiator: You can lead complex negotiations with nuance, balancing Adyen’s immediate requirements with long-term partnership goals. You feel comfortable with RFI/RFP trajectories, negotiating contracts on credit facilities or payment solutions. 
• A Proactive Problem Solver: You thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment and enjoy solving unique challenges as a team. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential for this role. You take ownership easily and prioritize well by making informed decisions.
