The Role

We are currently seeking a Staff Product Manager to join our organisation as the lead product contributor shaping our Workflow Platform. The Workflow Platform is a foundational infrastructure investment for Addepar, acting as the critical orchestration layer that nearly every major new product initiative relies upon.

In this highly visible domain, you will be responsible for defining the vision, roadmap, and execution for the substrate that powers client-defined automation, next-generation AI agents, and internal developer tools. Your work will directly enable our users to automate how they get work done on Addepar by composing platform capabilities and maintaining execution state to form client-centric solutions.

• Power Client-Defined Automation: You will provide the engine that makes scalable, client-defined automation possible without requiring a bespoke engineering project for each use case.

You’re a problem solver with an experimentation mindset. You’ve proven an ability to learn rapidly and you have a desire to teach others. The proof could be a Graduate Degree in a technical or research discipline, having worked as a Consultant, or having a couple of years of experience as a Data Analyst or Software Engineer, working with customers or internal stakeholders using data to understand what’s happening. The Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Staff Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join the R&D Operations (R&D Ops) team at Addepar. R&D Ops serves as an internal shared services team for coordinating, supporting, and optimizing how teams work within the R&D organization. The team’s mandate includes the following: 

• Operationalize standards for the efficient execution of Initiative management
• Streamline the process for how work gets into the R&D Planning pipeline to lay the path for OKR fulfillment
• Provide guidance and governance on best practices for teams through standards and processes
• Surface R&D data in analysis and reporting 
• Administer configuration of systems operations utilized by the R&D organization

This Staff TPM will play a critical role in leading large-scale, high-impact, cross-functional R&D initiatives within our Product and Engineering teams. The Role

Join Addepar’s Application Security team as a Senior Application Security Engineer focused on embedding security deeply into our development lifecycle by building, automating, and maintaining security controls at scale. This role will also work on pushing AI initiatives forward and defining how our engineering teams securely implement AI, while simultaneously integrating wider workflows into our own security processes. The Role

We are seeking an experienced backend software engineer to join the Platform Integrations team!

We are looking for a senior engineer to join us in building client onboarding solutions, to enable clients to bring their data on to our systems, allowing them to report, analyze, and understand their data, and work with all their data in one central place.

We interface with product and client solutions teams to gain a deep understanding of the data and of client’s needs. We implement performant workflows that our users depend on for their day-to-day operations. We maintain the Python framework that enables teams across Addepar to build their own workflows on the Data Lakehouse.

The Platform Integration team is passionate about handling large volumes of data, automation to reduce manual effort, and guiding and impacting best practices in how teams across Addepar use the Lakehouse Platform.

The Role

Part of the broader Addepar Data Management organisation, the Portfolio Data Operations team is responsible for ensuring Addepar's clients have timely and high quality data. This will include overseeing the processing of transactions and positions so that it meets client timelines, ensuring data quality through verification checks, and helping clients with their data support questions. The Portfolio Data Operations team sits at the nexus of Addepar's activity and requires daily communications with data providers, clients, and other personnel within Data Operations and across the firm.

• Perform daily internal verification checks to ensure portfolio account data is accurate and available within SLAs.

The Role

We are currently seeking a full stack Software Engineer to join our Feed & Workflow Intelligence team!

We are part of a new initiative that seeks to leverage machine learning & artificial intelligence in order to accelerate the velocity of onboarding data (think everything from unstructured PDFs to complex CSV and Excel data sets) to the Addepar Data Lakehouse - Addepar’s proprietary system for managing data across the entire company. In this full-stack role, you’ll be part of a critical need to work directly on client-facing front-end and backend features that interact with our AI & ML powered backend to improve the experience of onboarding data globally.
