The Role
As a Customer Solutions Consultant (CSC), you will play a critical role in the post-sales success of Ada’s clients. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll guide organizations through their digital transformation journey by ensuring the effective deployment, adoption, and optimization of Ada’s AI-powered customer experience (ACX) solution. You’ll manage a portfolio of clients, drive measurable outcomes such as automated resolution and customer satisfaction, and help clients realize long-term value from their investment in Ada.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing questions, providing guidance, and ensuring a seamless partnership experience throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Own and manage a book of business, ensuring each client achieves measurable outcomes tied to their ACX goals (e.g., automated resolution, CSAT, ROI).
- Partner with clients to deploy, scale, and mature their ACX programs using Ada’s ACX Framework as a blueprint for success.
- Serve as a technical consultant and product expert, guiding clients through integrations, data flows, and system architecture across SaaS and API environments (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, Shopify, HubSpot)
- Support clients in optimizing their AI Agent performance through transcript reviews, data analysis, training updates, and implementation of best practices.
- Ensure client knowledge sources are accurate, well-structured, and continuously optimized to maximize the AI Agent’s effectiveness.
- Drive adoption and utilization of Ada’s solutions across the client’s organization by fostering alignment with key stakeholders and building internal advocacy.
- Identify opportunities to expand use cases and deepen integrations within client ecosystems.
- Track, analyze, and report on success metrics such as Automated Resolution Rate, CSAT, and ROI to demonstrate business impact and guide strategy.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, value-driven recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
- Improved automated resolution rates and customer satisfaction for client programs.
- Strong client advocacy leading to renewals, expansions, and strategic partnerships.
- Continuous feedback loop between clients and internal teams to enhance Ada’s platform and services.
About You
- 4+ years in customer success, solutions consulting, or post-sales technical consulting, or equivalent experience, preferably within SaaS, CX, or AI technology environments.
- Proven experience managing enterprise or mid-market clients, driving measurable business outcomes, and fostering long-term relationships.
- Strong technical aptitude — comfortable working with APIs, integrations, and system configurations.
- Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret performance data and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship management skills across both technical and executive audiences.
- Curious, proactive, and resilient — you thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and love solving complex challenges through technology.
Compensation: $105,000 - $134,000 OTE CAD

The Role
As an Implementation Consultant (internally known as Professional Services Consultant), you will lead enterprise customers through the entire onboarding and implementation journey—starting post-sale and ending with a successful launch. You will serve as both a technical partner and strategic advisor to clients, helping them design scalable solutions, integrate Ada’s platform into their ecosystem, and realize value quickly.
Your work will involve building logic-based workflows, configuring Generative AI, implementing integrations, and enabling clients to confidently manage the platform post-launch. You’ll also collaborate cross-functionally with teams across Sales, Technical Services, Product, and Engineering to align on requirements, remove blockers, and ensure each project is delivered smoothly. Implementation projects involve deploying Ada across messaging, email, and voice channels, and are tailored to align with each client’s infrastructure and strategic priorities.
Outcomes
- Own the end-to-end delivery of client implementations, from kickoff through go-live, ensuring launches are timely, high-quality, and aligned with client objectives.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and technical environment, translating these into actionable implementation plans and tailored automation solutions.
- Provide strategic guidance and best practices on how to leverage Ada, helping clients design scalable user journeys and automation strategies that support their long-term goals.
- Design and configure logic-based workflows within Ada’s platform, including the implementation of Generative AI experiences tailored to each client’s business objectives and automation strategy.
- Implement integrations with client systems, such as CRMs (e.g., Salesforce), eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify), authentication providers (e.g., Okta), and custom APIs, to enable automation, personalization, and reporting.
- Test and refine GenAI responses through iterative adjustments, ensuring response quality, consistency, and alignment with project goals.
- Coordinate with client stakeholders and internal teams, managing project milestones, proactively addressing blockers, and ensuring a seamless implementation experience.
- Provide training and supporting documentation to equip clients for successful adoption and long-term management of the Ada platform.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams, sharing insights from implementations to identify areas for improvement and help shape product direction based on client needs.
About You
- 3+ years of experience in implementation consulting, professional services, or a related field, preferably within a SaaS environment.
- Strong technical aptitude, with working knowledge of APIs, the ability to troubleshoot data flows, and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of SaaS ecosystems, with experience integrating tools like Shopify, Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot into client environments.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and influence VP-level stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of logic-based workflows, with the ability to confidently design and troubleshoot decision trees, conditional logic, and automation flows.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity, solving complex problems, and staying on track amidst shifting priorities.
- A curious and resilient mindset, with a bias for action and a passion for continuous learning, iteration, and driving progress.
Bonus: Knowledge and experience implementing Generative AI solutions or CX automation tools is a strong asset.
Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 OTE CAD

About You
- You have a proven track record of resolving issues that are hard to replicate and may be dependent on products or infrastructure beyond Ada’s own product/platform.
- Technical Competences:
- You have experience using Postman or CURL
- Experience supporting web applications in our current technology stack (Jira, Zendesk, Salesforce)
- You possess a working knowledge of Application Programming Interfaces (APIs),
- You have excellent backlog management skills, ensuring service requests are kept up to date and nothing “dies on the vine”.
- You possess an analytical and methodical approach to problem-solving and troubleshooting technical issues.
- You manage competing priorities transparently.
- You can explain complex concepts effectively to different audiences, and adjust your communication style accordingly.
Outcomes
- Triage, troubleshoot, localize and escalate complex client support issues to the Technical Support Engineering teams within agreed-upon SLAs.
- Deliver exceptional customer service experience and technical support to our clients.
- Support our non-engineering teams in using, debugging, and understanding our platform.
- Maintain and improve internal product documentation for the client support team.
