In this role, you will help lead the evolution of AcuityMD’s core healthcare data assets . You will build new data and intelligence products, improve the quality and interpretability of existing data products, and deliver high confidence and repeatable intelligence that fuels our MedTech-specific modules. You will identify new approaches and new data that improve the quality of our data assets. You will report to the Engineering Manager, Data, and work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and commercial organizations.

The Data Team is on a mission to represent medical reality by transforming raw data into assets that directly generate sales for our customers and help to bring cutting edge medical technology to the patients that need it most. We acquire terabytes of data from diverse sources, and refine them with modern data processing tools and machine learning algorithms. Responsibilities
- Transform , model, and integrate raw data of varying quality from a wide range of data sources into usable, documented and high quality data and intelligence products by applying data modeling and statistical techniques
- Identify, research, and develop new statistical approaches and new types of data to improve and extend our core healthcare data products
- Lead feature and product development cycles from defining Customer problem statements through to delivering solutions
- Work directly with product managers and cross-functional stakeholders to influence and build our Product development plans and roadmap
- Provide thought leadership on data science techniques and mentoring to junior data engineers
- Document and communicate technical and quantitative concepts, schemas, and data product usage guidelines with appropriate levels of detail for internal and external stakeholders
Your Profile
- You have 4+ years of experience working in a data science or similar role, delivering analytic models as Data Products or Data Solutions
- You have professional experience working with time series, geospatial, and/or demographic datasets to make forecasts or predictions.
- You are excited by extracting signals and information from messy, real-world datasets
- You can translate and explain technical requirements, recommendations and code clearly and concisely for non-technical audiences.
- You are opinionated about statistical techniques or Python libraries

- Familiarity across our data stack - BigQuery, Google Cloud Storage, dbt & Dagster

Base salary range: $155,000-$220,000

Your Profile
- 4+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on infrastructure, DevOps, and/or platform engineering

- Own AcuityMD’s go-to-market strategy for a product surface area in our platform

Our Commercial Team takes a proactive, consultative, and high-touch approach when working with customers, investing heavily in pre-sales through onboarding and training to ensure customers are on the road to success from Day 1.

Responsibilities
- Account Management: Manage a portfolio of 50-75 customer accounts, ensuring consistent communication, providing excellent customer service, and fostering long-term relationships.
- Upselling: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell additional products and services to existing customers, driving increased customer value and revenue.
- Renewals: Own the end-to-end renewal process for your accounts, proactively engaging customers ahead of contract milestones to assess satisfaction, demonstrate ongoing value, and secure timely renewals. Additionally, send quarterly newsletters with company updates, including new feature launches, to keep customers informed and engaged.
- Seamless Transition from Sales: Work closely with the Growth Account Executive to ensure a smooth handoff of sales opportunities. Facilitate a seamless transition of account details and customer expectations to maintain continuity and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to identify and pursue upsell opportunities both mid-contract and during the renewal cycle. Align on customer goals to ensure a smooth, strategic path forward—one that deepens the relationship and expands ARR through solutions that drive long-term success for both the customer and AcuityMD.
- Database Management: Maintain and update HubSpot and PlanHat, ensuring accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
- Competitor & Product Awareness: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product developments to provide value-added insights and identify upselling opportunities within your existing customer base.
Your Profile
- 2–5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Inside Sales, ideally in SaaS
- Proven ability to upsell and expand existing customer accounts
- Proven ability to create pipeline and conduct effective discovery
- Self-starter with strong prioritization and time management abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven, and remote environment
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills

In this role, you will help lead the evolution of AcuityMD's core healthcare data assets by applying statistical and machine learning techniques to convert messy, real-world health data into insight about the healthcare market. Responsibilities
- Design, train, and validate predictive and statistical models that turn noisy healthcare data into reliable intelligence products used by MedTech commercial teams
- Frame open-ended business questions as modeling problems — selecting the right approach (classification, regression, clustering, causal inference, ensembles, etc), defining success metrics, and quantifying uncertainty
- Engineer features and conduct applied research across time-series, geospatial, demographic, insurance claims, and more datasets, to improve the coverage and signal quality of our core data assets
- Own the full model lifecycle: exploratory analysis, baseline modeling, experimentation, validation, deployment, and post-launch monitoring for drift and performance
- Partner with product managers and cross-functional stakeholders to translate customer problems into model-backed product features and to shape the roadmap
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship on statistical and ML methodology for engineers and analysts across the Data organization and across all of AcuityMD
- Document models, assumptions, and data contracts so results are interpretable and reproducible for internal and external audiences
Your Profile
- You have 6+ years of experience in machine learning roles building and shipping statistical or machine learning models into a production environment, ideally as part of product teams delivering to external customers
- You have strong foundations in applied statistics and ML — regression, classification, forecasting, clustering, experimental design, and model evaluation — and you know when each is the right tool.
- You instinctively build using agentic tools (Claude Code, Codex, etc) and are invested in pushing the boundaries of what is possible with agentic development
- You can translate technical recommendations and model behavior clearly and concisely for non-technical product, commercial, and customer audiences
- You have hands-on experience merging and blending messy, real-world datasets — time-series, geospatial, demographic, etc — and thrive on extracting signal from noise
- You are comfortable working in modern cloud data warehouses with SQL to prepare data for modeling, and can collaborate effectively with data engineers on production pipelines
- You are fluent in Python's data and ML stack and opinionated about your preferred approaches, techniques, or model implementations

Responsibilities
- Identify, negotiate, and close opportunities at both existing accounts and new MedTech enterprises.
- You will establish a vision and plan to guide your long-term approach to new logo pipeline generation with Fortune 500 Accounts.
- Develop and execute consultative/solution sales strategies and tactics to generate pipeline, drive sales opportunities and deliver repeatable and predictable bookings.

Your Profile
- 2+ years as Software engineer working on product domain
- Obsessed about customer needs working in a fast pace environment where driving impact is essential.
- Full stack proficiency working with technologies like TS, React, NodeJs, GQL, Postgres or other relational DBs, BigQuery and other google cloud services, or equivalent technologies
- Curious mind and enjoy learning about and working with latest technologies
- Team player that leads with empathy and leads by example

AcuityMD is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, market data and may vary from the range provided. Base Salary Range: $105,000-$150,000 for Junior level, $155,000-185,000 for mid level, $190,000-$250,000 for Senior level and $250,000-$300,000 for Staff level.
