Job Overview 

We are seeking a detail-oriented, high-energy professional to manage court hearing coverage through scheduling, dispatching, and real-time coordination. This role also supports client communication and outbound outreach in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities 

• Coordinate and dispatch attorneys for high-volume daily hearings 
• Manage scheduling changes, cancellations, and urgent coverage gaps 
• Confirm assignments and ensure accurate, full coverage  
• Communicate with attorneys and clients to ensure seamless service  
• Conduct outbound calls to schedule hearings and support client needs  
• Track metrics, maintain scheduling data, and support reporting 
• Partner with internal teams to improve processes and execution

Job Overview:

The Staffing Operations Supervisor leads a high-performing team responsible for staffing court appearances by matching attorneys to hearings nationwide. This role blends team leadership, recruiting, and inside sales to ensure fast, profitable, and reliable coverage.

You’ll coach a team, drive performance metrics, and improve processes—all while ensuring client needs are met in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 7–10 Coverage Specialists in a high-volume environment
• Drive performance against key metrics including fill rate, margin, and coverage success
• Translate recruiting and sales strategies into repeatable team processes
• Set clear goals (OKRs) and track individual and team performance
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and performance gaps, and take action
• Manage escalations with sound judgment and a solutions-focused approach
• Partner with Sales and Operations to align on staffing priorities and client needs
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase speed, quality, and efficiency
• Maintain oversight of cancellations, coverage gaps, and approval workflows

Qualifications: 

• 2–4 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, inside sales, or operations
• Experience leading or mentoring team members in a performance-driven environment
• Strong sales and recruiting skills, including negotiation and objection handling
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and act on insights
• Proven ability to build and scale repeatable processes
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure
• Effective communicator who collaborates well across teams

Docketly is seeking a Recruiting Sourcer to drive high-volume, outbound recruiting efforts and build a strong national pipeline of attorneys. This role is heavily focused on top-of-funnel activity—identifying, engaging, and qualifying talent through proactive outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source attorneys using LinkedIn, bar directories, databases, referrals, and other sourcing tools
• Execute high-volume outbound outreach (calls, emails, InMails, and messaging) to generate candidate interest
• Build and continuously develop a nationwide pipeline of qualified attorney talent
• Conduct initial outreach conversations to assess candidate fit, interest, and availability
• Maintain consistent follow-up cadence to nurture and convert passive candidates
• Track and manage candidate activity within ATS/CRM systems to ensure pipeline visibility
• Partner with recruiting and operations teams to align on priority markets and sourcing strategies
• Meet and exceed weekly KPIs related to outreach volume, response rates, and qualified leads generated

Qualifications
Required:

• 1–3+ years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or high-volume outbound roles
• Proven success with cold outreach and pipeline generation
• Comfort working in a metrics-driven, high-activity environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail

Preferred:

• Experience sourcing for legal, professional services, or contract-based roles
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing platforms
• Background supporting high-volume or nationwide hiring initiatives
