Join our team and play a key role in protecting our customers and company from fraud. In this role, you’ll review new direct deposit applications, investigate suspicious activity, and verify critical information like bank statements and photo IDs to ensure authenticity. You’ll handle and document fraud cases, support internal and external audits, and collaborate closely with our developer teams as a subject matter expert to help shape secure new features and workflows.

Summary:
What You’ll Be Doing:
We’re hiring a mid-level People Operations Generalist to own key parts of the employee experience end-to-end with a particular focus on recruiting support, benefits administration, and multi-state compliance. This is not a coordinator role. We need someone who can operate independently, make sound judgment calls, and bring both grit and empathy to a broad scope of work.
You'll partner closely with People Operations, Finance, and managers across the company. You are someone who learns tools quickly and is genuinely excited about applying AI and automation to make HR work better for our team across the US. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to stay in a true HR generalist path for the next 2–4 years and continue building depth in People Operations.

Summary:
What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll design, build, and run reliable, scalable infrastructure with a strong platform engineering and SRE mindset. This is a hands-on role where you’ll own critical platform components (including cloud networking), reduce operational risk and toil, and help set technical direction.
You’ll partner closely with application and security teams, stay deep in the systems you own, and mentor other engineers while continuously improving reliability, performance, and security across the platform. Day to day, that means you’ll:
