Tasks

Our HR team takes care of the foundation of our company's success with a lot of power and passion: our employees. Our team in Karlsruhe is looking for a new team member with immediate effect. As a working student, you will accompany the entire employee life cycle with us and take on the following tasks:

• Support with administrative tasks in day-to-day business.
• Independent coordination of the reference process.
• Creation and preparation of reports.
• Participation in current HR projects and HR topics.
• Independent communication with other HR teams and specialist departments.

Qualifications

You are studying economics or social sciences and would like to help shape modern and service-oriented HR work as part of a team. You also have the following skills:

• You are a meticulous person and have a high degree of flexibility.
• You work independently and in a structured manner.
• You are committed, open and a strong communicator.
• You have a very good knowledge of German and a good knowledge of English.
• You are available approx. 15 - 20 hours/week.
