We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President – Revenue Operations (RevOps) to lead and scale our global revenue operations function. This executive leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Finance to maximize revenue growth, improve forecasting accuracy, and optimize the entire customer lifecycle.
The ideal candidate brings 10–20 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Go-to-Market Operations within high-growth technology or SaaS organizations. You will serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership, building scalable operational frameworks, aligning cross-functional teams, and leveraging data-driven insights to accelerate business performance.
This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, operational rigor, analytical expertise, and exceptional leadership to create a predictable and efficient revenue engine.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's Revenue Operations strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
- Build and lead high-performing RevOps teams across Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Customer Success Operations, and Business Analytics.
- Design scalable operational processes that improve productivity, customer acquisition, retention, and expansion.
- Own revenue forecasting methodologies, pipeline management, territory planning, quota design, and capacity planning.
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Customer Success leadership to align GTM strategies and operational execution.
- Establish standardized reporting frameworks, executive dashboards, and KPI scorecards to monitor business performance.
- Drive CRM optimization, automation initiatives, and technology stack improvements to increase operational efficiency.
- Lead annual planning, revenue modeling, budgeting, and strategic business reviews.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvements using data and automation.
- Improve lead management, opportunity lifecycle management, sales productivity, and customer journey optimization.
- Develop governance models ensuring data quality, process compliance, and operational consistency across the organization.
- Evaluate, implement, and optimize RevOps technologies including CRM, sales engagement, marketing automation, and BI platforms.
- Collaborate with Finance to improve revenue recognition, forecasting accuracy, and business planning.
- Present operational insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders.
- Mentor senior leaders while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
- 10–20 years of progressive experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or GTM Strategy.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale RevOps organizations in SaaS, technology, or high-growth businesses.
- Demonstrated success partnering with executive leadership to drive revenue growth and operational excellence.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, customer lifecycle management, and revenue planning.
- Expertise in CRM platforms, revenue intelligence tools, and business intelligence solutions.
- Exceptional analytical, financial modeling, and strategic planning capabilities.
- Outstanding leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting organizations through rapid scaling, international expansion, or IPO readiness.
- Strong background in building RevOps functions from the ground up.
- Experience implementing CRM migrations and enterprise automation initiatives.
- Familiarity with AI-powered sales analytics, predictive forecasting, and revenue intelligence platforms.
- Experience managing large cross-functional teams across multiple regions.
- Proven ability to influence C-level stakeholders and drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
