About The Role

We are now looking for a full-time intern to join our Strategy team, ideally available to start on short notice and able to commit to a minimum of 5 months.

You will play a key supporting role in the Strategy team, a core function within the agency that works closely with different departments. You will gain hands-on experience in the end-to-end planning process such as – collaborating in brainstorming sessions, seeing ideas come to life, contributing to content creation, and gaining exposure to learning in a creative, fast-paced environment. You will also develop essential skills in time management and coordination, which are invaluable for any future role.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Content Strategy & Planning: Assist the strategy team in crafting strategic proposals through targeted research and audience insights.
• Content Management: Support the team with content validation, scheduling, and keeping content calendars up to date.
• Community Management & Monitoring: Provide on-ground observations and actionable insights surrounding the brand's community through daily social and community management.
• Trend & Landscape Analysis: Keep a pulse on the latest developments in the assigned account’s landscape, monitoring industry news, competitors, influencers, and relevant partners.
• Reporting & Data Analytics: Assist the team in gathering, cleaning, and interpreting social and channel data for monthly and ad-hoc reporting.

Requirements

What are we looking for?

• Ability to commit to a full-time internship of at least 5 months
• Individuals who are positive, committed, energetic, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
• You should be willing to learn and be receptive to feedback & new things. We hope you are okay with stepping out of your comfort zone whenever needed.
