Job Title: Sous Chef

About the Role:
Join our culinary team as a Sous Chef, supporting the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations. You will help ensure food quality, manage staff, and maintain a safe, efficient, and clean working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in food preparation and cooking.

• Supervise kitchen staff and delegate tasks.

• Maintain food quality and presentation standards.

• Ensure kitchen safety and sanitation.

• Help with menu planning and inventory control.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role.

• Strong culinary skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to lead and work under pressure.
