Lead Proof of Concept (PoC) Success

• Guide customers through technical evaluations and PoC engagements.

• Work closely with product and engineering teams to shape future capabilities.

• Extensive experience in technical leadership roles within pre-sales, solution architecture, or consulting in the power & renewables sector.
• Deep expertise in industrial data solutions, including asset performance, predictive maintenance, and operational optimisation.
• Strong understanding of DataOps, AI/ML, and data analytics in industrial or energy contexts.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for executive audiences.
• Experience influencing product direction and collaborating closely with engineering and product teams.
• A track record of building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and customers.
• Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Experience identifying reusable patterns across customers and scaling solutions globally.
• Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g. Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Data Science, Renewable Energy) or equivalent practical experience.
