Job Title: Social Worker - Adult Review Team
Location: Stockport (Hybrid)
Pay Rate: £30 per hour

Job Description:

Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Qualified Social Worker for its client’s Adult Review Team, based in Stockport.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Required to complete standard annual reviews in Neighbourhoods, Learning Disability, and Mental Health teams.
• Focused on Care Act-compliant annual reviews of existing care and support plans.
• Hybrid working available, with presence required within respective teams as needed.
• Roles sit within core adult social care teams, aligned to service specialisms.
• Candidates must be able to work independently and manage review caseloads effectively.

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have, 

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK driving licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
