Position Summary
We are seeking a Senior Solutions Architect specializing in ERP and EDI systems to lead the design, integration, and optimization of current and future enterprise business platforms. This role is responsible for architecting scalable solutions that integrate ERP platforms with EDI trading partners, internal systems, and external business applications. The ideal candidate will combine deep knowledge of ERP ecosystems such as Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains), Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, and Oracle Fusion with strong experience in EDI standards, integrations, and enterprise architecture, including platforms such as TrueCommerce. This role ensures business processes across supply chain, finance, logistics, and order management operate seamlessly. This individual will serve as a technical leader and strategic advisor, working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to design and deliver robust enterprise solutions aligned with company objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise application architecture, ERP platforms, or systems integration
- 4+ years in a Solutions Architect or Enterprise Architect role
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, or Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP
- Experience with TrueCommerce EDI platform or similar EDI solutions
- Knowledge of EDI standards including ANSI X12, EDIFACT, AS2, and SFTP
- Experience designing enterprise integration architectures
- Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, order management, and logistics processes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Responsibilities
- Help design, implement, and support end-to-end architecture solutions across ERP platforms and EDI integrations.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical architecture.
- Define and maintain enterprise architecture standards for ERP and integration platforms.
- Develop system architecture diagrams, solution blueprints, and technical documentation.
- Lead architecture reviews and ensure adherence to architectural standards.
- Serve as the primary technical advisor for ERP and EDI initiatives.
- Collaborate with vendors, system integrators, and implementation partners.
- End-to-end architecture solutions across ERP platforms and EDI integrations.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical architecture.
- Define and maintain enterprise architecture standards for ERP and integration platforms.
- Develop system architecture diagrams, solution blueprints, and technical documentation.
ERP Strategy & Implementation
- Work with third party system implementors to construct architectural design for Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains), Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, and Oracle Fusion environments.
- Define ERP integration strategy with other enterprise systems such as CRM, WMS, TMS, eCommerce, and financial platforms.
- Support ERP transformation initiatives including system upgrades, migrations, and modernization efforts.
- Ensure ERP architecture aligns with business processes including Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory Management, and Financial Operations.
EDI Integration & B2B Connectivity
- Architect and help maintain EDI solutions and B2B integrations with customers, suppliers, logistics providers, and financial institutions.
- Design integrations involving EDI standards such as ANSI X12 and EDIFACT and protocols including AS2, SFTP, and API-based integrations.
- Lead design and support of integrations utilizing TrueCommerce EDI platform.
- Ensure accurate mapping between ERP data structures and EDI transactions.
- Lead onboarding of new trading partners and ensure compliance with EDI transaction requirements.
- Oversee EDI mapping, testing, monitoring, and error resolution processes.

The base salary range for this position is dependent on experience and location. The final offer will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, and qualifications. This position may be eligible for other compensation, including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
