What you will do:
-Design and test complex embedded software, real-time controllers, and containerized Linux systems.
-Build automated CI/CD release pipelines and reliable system testing frameworks.
-Develop system administration tools, data migration pathways, and abstract hardware models.
Project / Team: Core Platform / System Team:
-Option E: FCAPS & Network Management: Focus: Fault, Configuration, Accounting, Performance & Security frameworks using NetConf, YANG models, REST APIs, and XML.
-Option F: L2 Forwarding Plane: Focus: Hardcore C & system-level Linux programming directly interacting with Layer 2 forwarding planes.
Experience you need:
-Background: Embedded Software, Linux Systems, or Network Automation Engineer
-Level: Engineer (2–4 years experience) / Senior Engineer (5–10 years experience).
-Core Systems: Advanced C/C++ background utilizing Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) architectures in pure Linux environments.
-OS & Networking: Linux OS fundamentals (IPC, multi-threading, socket layers) and core IP protocols (Ethernet, VLAN, QoS, Multicast, DHCP).
-Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or Electrical Engineering.
Nice to have:
-Cloud & Containers: Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP, or CKAD certification.
-Automation & Tools: CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Robot Framework), Python/shell scripting, Git/Jira, and virtual sandboxes (qemu/simics).
