What you will do:

• Banking & Payments: Setup and process all payment disbursals; verify that incoming customer fees are accurately credited to the correct accounts.
• Reconciliations: Maintain account balances and perform frequent, high-volume bank reconciliations to ensure zero discrepancies.
• Support in other operational processes such as KYC, legal documents generation, trade financing utilisation request processing etc
• Reporting & Insights – prepare periodic reports, ensure data accuracy and consistency, build and maintain relevant dashboards.
• Operations & Process Analytics – monitor metrics, identify inefficiencies, and support workflow optimization and automation efforts.
• Process Improvement – review and map current processes, propose enhancements, and implement changes to drive efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in mid to back office operations, preferably in digital financing, fintech, or banking.
• Experience in process optimization, automation and use of AI & Automation tools
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills.

What it is in for you:

• Exposure to using automation and AI tools including deploying Agentic AI.
• Deepening of knowledge of Microsoft Office Appliances and Google Suite such as ability to create and process Google Sheets.
