Sobre esta vaga de Salesforce Integration Developer na StackAdapt
StackAdapt is the leading technology company that empowers marketers to reach, engage, and convert audiences with precision. With 465 billion automated optimizations per second, the AI-powered StackAdapt Marketing Platform seamlessly connects brand and performance marketing to drive measurable results across the entire customer journey. The most forward-thinking marketers choose StackAdapt to orchestrate high-impact campaigns across programmatic advertising and marketing channels.
What you'll be doing
- Design, build, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and enterprise business applications (NetSuite, Snowflake, HubSpot, Gong, and similar), ensuring reliable data flow and process automation via APIs, webhooks, and middleware/iPaaS tools.
- Serve as a Salesforce subject-matter expert — understanding its object model, data structure, and configuration deeply enough to troubleshoot integration issues, advise on data architecture, and perform light administration (fields, page layouts, permission sets, flows, etc.) as needed.
- Partner with Revenue Operations and cross-functional teams to translate business processes (e.g., Lead-to-Cash) into scalable, well-architected integration workflows.
- Build and maintain integrations in Workato (or similar iPaaS platforms), applying integration design patterns, error handling, and monitoring best practices.
- Troubleshoot and debug integration issues across cloud applications, ensuring data accuracy and service reliability between Salesforce and connected systems.
- Document integration architecture, data flows, and design decisions clearly for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Work with SaaS vendor support teams to resolve technical issues spanning applications, APIs, and infrastructure.
- Support Salesforce release management and coordinate integration testing alongside platform changes.
What you'll bring to the table
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in integration development, with a strong understanding of Salesforce's application and data structure (objects, fields, relationships, sharing model) and some Salesforce administration experience.
- Proven, hands-on expertise building integrations using Workato or a comparable iPaaS platform (Zapier, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi) — this is a core requirement, not a nice-to-have.
- Familiarity with enterprise business applications such as NetSuite, Snowflake, HubSpot, Gong, or similar tools, including how their data models and APIs typically integrate with a CRM.
- Strong knowledge of integration methods: REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, pub/sub, event-driven architecture, and ETL/data transformation processes.
- Familiarity with authentication and authorization standards (OAuth2, JWT, SAML, API keys).
- Experience with event-driven/messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, AWS SQS) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder) and/or integration platform certifications (Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi) are a plus.
