About The Role
Hightouch is looking for a Sales Manager to build and lead the founding Ad Studio sales team. Ad Studio is one of our newest products and lets performance marketing teams build, edit, and launch on-brand ads at scale using AI, all backed by first-party data. This is a ground-floor opportunity to help define how we bring it to market and to build the team that does it.
You'll be the first sales leader dedicated to Ad Studio, which means you'll have real influence over the sales motion, the ICP, hiring, and how we position the product with customers. You're not inheriting a playbook, you're writing it and coaching your team to run it.
The buyers your team sells to are performance marketers, paid social and paid search leads, creative strategists, and growth teams at mid-market companies who are constantly battling creative fatigue, slow production cycles, and rising CPMs. You'll help your reps show them how Ad Studio changes that equation. Adtech or martech sales leadership experience is a real advantage here. If you've led teams selling into performance marketing buyers before, you know exactly what keeps them up at night, and you'll hit the ground running.
These are consultative, strategic deals where your team isn't just demoing a tool; they're helping customers rethink how they produce and launch creative. You'll need to coach reps to sell that way, not just hit activity numbers.
What We Are Looking For
- 4+ years of full-cycle sales experience plus 2+ years of experience leading or coaching a sales team. We care less about years of experience and more about the impact and results of your work and your team's
- Excitement about being part of a founding team and comfort with the ambiguity that comes with building a motion from scratch
- Background in adtech, martech, creative tools, or selling to performance marketing buyers is a strong plus
- Track record of hiring, developing, and retaining strong sales talent
- Strong coaching instincts, with the ability to get in the weeds on deals when needed
- Intellectual curiosity, high ambition, and humility
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment
- Genuine interest in AI and how it's changing the way creative and performance teams work together
- Enterprise Sales experience preferred.
Compensation Details
On-Target Earnings: $350,000- 430,000 annually
We also offer meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options, with early exercise and a 10-year post-termination exercise window.
