What you will do:

• Support the Sales team in acquiring new SME clients through outbound prospecting.
• Conduct calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other lead generation activities to identify and qualify prospects.
• Assist Relationship Managers and Business Acquisition Managers with follow-ups and meeting coordination.
• Learn CardUp's products and confidently introduce our solutions to prospective customers.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
• Support the team in preparing sales reports and tracking outreach performance.
• Participate in product, sales, and process training to build strong commercial and customer-facing skills.

Requirements

What we are looking for:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong interest in Sales, Business Development, or the FinTech industry.
• Comfortable communicating with customers and conducting outbound calls.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Experience with CRM tools is a plus but not required.
• Able to commit for fulltime internship from 3-6 months
