First National Bank of America has an opening for an investigative and detail-oriented Risk Analyst to join the Risk Management team. This position will focus on evaluating and risk-rating third parties to identify, assess, and monitor potential risks. Responsibilities:
- Evaluating and risk-rating third parties in a manner that meets regulatory requirements and provides meaningful risk information to the business units that rely on those third parties
- Maintaining contracts, business continuity plans, insurance certificates, audit reports, and other documentation for each third party
- Producing quarterly reports for the Board of Directors regarding third-party onboarding, terminations, and significant events
- Improving and maintaining the management information system that houses third-party information
- Collaborating with business units and teammates to map vendor products and services to bank processes
- Identifying and escalating emerging risks, such as those related to artificial intelligence or single points of failure
Qualifications:
- Database Management and Record Management experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel pivot tables and formulas
- Proven ability to communicate and collaborate with all levels within an organization through both verbal and written channels
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
