We are currently looking to cooperate with a candidate seeking an opportunity to embrace the Luxury Real Estate market in Warsaw as a Real Estate Broker.

What does your day-to-day in this role look like: 

• Manage and oversee luxury property acquisitions, sales, and rentals on behalf of clients.
• Conduct market research to identify potential investment opportunities and attract high-net-worth clients.
• Negotiate and finalize property transactions, ensuring the best possible deals for clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with luxury property owners, developers, and brokers.
• Provide expert guidance and advice to clients regarding property valuation, investment strategies, and market trends in the luxury real estate market.

Requirements

What do you need to be successful at this job?

• Proven experience in real estate sales or management, with a focus on luxury properties.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• In-depth knowledge of the luxury real estate market, including current trends and market dynamics.
• Real estate license or certification is preferred.
• Speaking Polish.
