As QMM Procurement Lead - RBU, you will shape and drive the procurement approach from early mobilization through execution, helping to establish the structure, governance, and supplier engagement needed for successful delivery. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across technical, commercial, financial, and leadership functions to align priorities, guide decision-making, and maintain momentum across multiple procurement waves.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end QMM procurement program across all material categories, including strategic sourcing, governance, supplier engagement, MPA procurement, reporting, and value realization.
- Lead implementation of the QMM procurement strategy from mobilization through signed MPAs and ongoing value realization.
- Own the integrated procurement roadmap across prerequisite consultant procurement and Wave 1, Wave 2, and Wave 3 category deployment.
- Establish procurement governance, approval routes, category plans, risk registers, reporting, and escalation protocols.
- Direct supplier market engagement, EOI, PQQ, RFP, technical assessment, commercial evaluation, BAFO, award, and execution activities.
- Coordinate with design, cost, development, legal, finance, commercial, and leadership stakeholders.
- Oversee procurement dashboards, savings tracking, decision papers, and executive reporting.
- Manage team structure, workload allocation, capability development, and resource ramp-up.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Business, Law, or a related discipline.
- 15+ years of procurement experience, including leadership of complex construction, infrastructure, or real estate procurement programs.
- Experience in construction, real estate, infrastructure, developer-led procurement, or comparable capital project environments.
- Proven experience developing category strategies, sourcing plans, negotiation strategies, and award recommendations.
- Strong understanding of procurement governance and the ability to maintain complete procurement records.
- Experience managing stakeholders across design, cost, development, legal, finance, commercial, and leadership functions.
