We are seeking an experienced Project Architect to lead the design and execution of hospitality-focused architectural projects from concept through completion. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in managing complex, multi-phase projects while balancing creativity, technical excellence, and client expectations.

As a Project Architect, you will take ownership of multiple live projects across hospitality, residential, mixed-use, and amenity developments. Working closely with senior leadership, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams, you will oversee design development, technical documentation, consultant coordination, and site execution to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This position offers the opportunity to work on design-led projects where innovation, collaboration, and attention to detail are central to successful delivery.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects from concept design through documentation, consultant coordination, and site execution.
• Develop compelling design concepts and present clear architectural narratives to clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare, review, and oversee architectural drawings, construction documentation, and project deliverables.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and specialist consultants to ensure seamless project integration.
• Conduct regular site visits, monitor construction progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure design intent is maintained during execution.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, schedules, budgets, and client expectations.
• Mentor and guide architects, junior designers, and interns by reviewing work, providing technical direction, and ensuring design consistency.
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve design challenges, optimize solutions, and improve project efficiency.
• Utilize industry-standard tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, D5 Render, and other architectural software to support design development and visualization.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams while ensuring timely closure of project action items.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 6+ years of experience in architectural design and project delivery, with strong exposure to hospitality, mixed-use, residential, or commercial developments.
• Proven ability to independently manage multiple architectural projects from concept through site completion.
• Strong expertise in architectural design, technical detailing, construction documentation, and project coordination.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary consultants and managing complex project workflows.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, D5 Render, and other relevant architectural design and visualization software.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building regulations, and project execution processes.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills with confidence in client-facing interactions.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in mentoring teams and coordinating architects and designers.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
