itD is seeking a Program Manager, Gong Engage to lead the engagement strategy and governance model supporting Gong Engage across a global sales organization. This role will architect the cross-functional operating structure that enables long-term platform adoption, aligns stakeholders, and drives measurable improvements in seller productivity and revenue impact. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in enterprise program management, sales enablement, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement, with a proven track record of building scalable governance models and driving organizational alignment.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement the governance framework that aligns enablement, operations, regional leadership, and field teams throughout the Gong Engage lifecycle.

• Develop and sustain the engagement model for Sales Plays and content, partnering with regional stakeholders to ensure content remains current, relevant, and localized.

• Define the stakeholder engagement and change management framework supporting the migration from legacy sales engagement processes to Gong Engage.

• Establish the cross-functional engagement model that enables coordinated rollout planning, adoption, and ongoing platform success across global regions.

• Partner with internal product management to document, prioritize, and communicate platform enhancement requests and roadmap feedback.

• Define, monitor, and report on engagement, adoption, and success metrics, providing actionable insights to leadership.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment, operational consistency, and continuous improvement across the global program.

Internal Responsibilities:

• Attend regular internal practice community meetings.

• Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.

• Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).

• Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.

• Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual).

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional enterprise programs.

• Deep, hands-on knowledge of Gong Engage and the broader Gong platform, including Conversation Intelligence and Forecast.

• Demonstrated ability to influence and align stakeholders across multiple business functions without direct authority.

• Experience designing governance structures, operational cadences, and scalable engagement models.

• Strong change management and organizational coordination experience supporting enterprise technology initiatives.

• Experience partnering across global regions to support localization and adoption of enterprise programs.

• Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience defining and tracking program adoption metrics.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) integrations and the broader revenue technology ecosystem.

• Background in sales enablement, seller productivity, or go-to-market strategy.

• Familiarity with run-the-business (RTB) frameworks and Sales Play methodologies.

• Experience supporting or administering sales engagement platforms.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required.
