Position Overview
We are hiring Production Welders (Level I–III) to support fabrication operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves performing various welding processes, fabricating components, and maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Previous welding or fabrication experience preferred (level determined by skill assessment)
- Experience with welding equipment and fabrication tools
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
- Basic math skills
Core Skills
Education & Certifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- MIG welding certification preferred
- TIG welding certification is a plus
- Vocational or hands-on welding training is beneficial
