Sobre esta vaga de Product Strategist na Searoutes
Searoutes has a vision to help the logistics industry play its part in the reduction of carbon emissions. We enable shippers to build and execute GHG reduction strategies, and are on a mission to become the standard for carbon management in logistics.
We are convinced that reducing GHG emissions in logistics is an operational problem, so we leverage modern algorithms to go beyond standard methodologies, and give shippers the visibility they need to make an impact.
If you are passionate about the environment, proactive and pragmatic in getting things done, and love to work in a complex but fascinating industry where you learn every day — then this is the place for you. We remain remote first with most of our team based in Europe.
We’re hiring a Product Strategist to own the WHY and WHAT of the Searoutes product. You run client discovery, shape pitches, and get them to the betting table. You do not manage people, run sprints, or write tickets. You influence through the quality of your pitches and the depth of your client understanding.
This is not a product manager role. There is no backlog grooming, no sprint planning, no ticket writing. We run Shape Up — 3-week build cycles followed by a 1-week cooldown — and the Strategist shapes the bet and then steps back. Build execution belongs to the Product Engineer and the VP ENGINEERING.
In a given cooldown week you might: run 10 discovery calls with logistics sustainability managers, shape a Big Batch pitch for the Platform, review the Product Engineer’s feasibility notes, and present your pitch at the betting table under pressure from the CEO and VP ENGINEERING.
