What will you be doing?

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our Product & Strategy division. In this role, you will lead Product Marketing, shape product positioning and go-to-market strategy, and help build products that customers understand, adopt, value, and ultimately love while driving sustainable growth for Navarino.

In this role you will:

• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, buying behaviors, and market trends.
• Translate customer and market insights into product and commercial recommendations.
• Assess and monitor product-market fit across the product portfolio.
• Partner with Product Management to identify opportunities for growth, adoption, and differentiation.
• Define customer segments and target markets.
• Develop product positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
• Lead go-to-market planning and product launch execution.
• Develop sales enablement materials and equip Sales teams to communicate product value effectively.
• Measure and continuously improve product adoption and commercial performance.
• Ensure consistency of product messaging across all customer touchpoints.
• Build alignment across Product Management, Sales, Engineering, and Executive Leadership.
• Lead and develop the Product Marketing team.
• Coach team members to think strategically and commercially.
• Foster collaboration across Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 4+ years’ experience in B2B marketing.
• Experience developing product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
• Experience leading Product Marketing or Marketing teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional level of English, both written and verbal.

Great to have

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in Shipping Industry or related sectors.
