Responsibilities
As a Parts Shipping & Receiving Representative, you will be responsible for managing the receiving, processing, and shipping of vehicle parts and accessories while supporting customers, technicians, and vendors with accurate and timely service.
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming parts shipments while maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Prepare, package, and ship parts orders accurately and efficiently.
- Pull, stage, and distribute parts while verifying order accuracy and availability.
- Assist with inventory control, stocking, and maintaining an organized parts department.
- Provide excellent service and support to customers, vendors, and internal teams.
Qualifications
- No prior Parts experience is required. Automotive dealership or retail Parts experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment.
- Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
Compensation
- The estimated hourly range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00.
