As a Part-Time Store Associate, you’re the face of True Classic. You’ll deliver an exceptional in-store experience, helping customers look good, feel good, and walk away excited to come back. Areas of Accountability
- Create a warm, welcoming experience for every customer who walks through the door
- Learn and deliver our “TRUE Experience” — a customer-first selling approach focused on connection, not pressure
- Support customers in finding the right fit, offering product knowledge and styling tips
- Contribute to a high-performing team culture where hitting goals is expected and celebrated
- Maintain store standards, ensuring the space is clean, organized, and shoppable
- Assist with inventory, visual merchandising, and promotional displays
- Accurately and efficiently process transactions
Qualifications
- 1+ year of retail or customer-facing experience (bonus if you’ve worked in a high-volume store
- Strong communication skills with the ability to read people and build rapport quickly
- A positive, team-first mindset and a passion for providing great service
- Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and handle physical aspects of the role

Compensation and Benefits
