Overview 

Reporting to the General Counsel, you will work closely with the legal team and business stakeholders across the company. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to a broad range of legal and commercial matters in a fast-growing international technology business. 

You'll support commercial transactions, corporate governance, regulatory projects, employment matters, intellectual property and legal operations. 

What you’ll do; 

• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements using approved templates. 

• Manage the contract lifecycle, including execution, renewals and contract database administration. 

• Support international commercial negotiations with customers, suppliers and strategic partners. 

• Assist with corporate governance matters, including board meetings, resolutions and company secretarial filings. 

• Coordinate legal due diligence for fundraising, financing and strategic transactions. 

• Assist with employment law matters, including preparing employment documentation and supporting HR projects. 

• Support intellectual property management, including trademark portfolios and confidentiality agreements. 

• Conduct legal research across multiple jurisdictions. 

• Assist with regulatory matters relating to aviation, privacy, technology and consumer law. 

• Manage relationships with external counsel. 

• Help develop legal templates, playbooks and internal policies. 

• Support compliance initiatives and legal operations projects. 

• Undertake general legal administrative tasks as required. 

Requirements; 

• A law degree or equivalent legal qualification. 

• 3-8 years' experience as a paralegal or legal executive (in-house or private practice). 

• Excellent drafting skills. 

• Strong organisational and project management abilities. 

• High attention to detail. 

• Commercial awareness and practical judgement. 

• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities. 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. 

Desirable qualifications 

• Experience in a technology company. 

• Experience with contract management systems. 

• Company secretarial experience. 

• Experience supporting international businesses.
