Our client in the UK is a fast-growing digital marketing agency looking for an experienced Paid Ads Specialist to join their team. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and enjoys taking ownership of client performance.

This role goes beyond campaign execution. The successful candidate will proactively identify opportunities, solve problems independently, communicate confidently with clients, and continuously improve campaign performance without requiring constant direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Develop and execute paid media strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance daily and implement proactive optimisations.
• Identify issues before they become problems and present clear solutions.
• Conduct regular performance analysis and provide actionable recommendations.
• Lead client meetings with confidence, explaining campaign performance and strategy.
• Prepare detailed end-of-month performance reports and present insights to clients.
• Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with broader marketing strategies.
• Stay up to date with platform changes, new advertising features, and industry trends.
• Utilise AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to improve workflows, reporting, research, and campaign efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years' experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
• Previous experience working within an agency (essential).
• Strong experience managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of campaign optimisation, conversion tracking, attribution, and reporting.
• Experience with lead generation and e-commerce advertising campaigns.
• Comfortable presenting campaign performance directly to clients.
• Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) - nice to have.
