A well-established multidisciplinary allied health provider in The Range, QLD is looking for an Occupational Therapist to join its friendly and experienced team. You'll have the opportunity to work across a diverse caseload while developing your clinical interests in a collaborative and welcoming environment.

The role

This is a generalist position with a mixed caseload across adults and paediatrics, depending on your experience and preferences. You'll work across a combination of clinic-based appointments and community visits, with the flexibility to shape your clinical focus as you grow in the role.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Conducting functional assessments
• Prescribing equipment and assistive technology
• Developing therapy plans tailored to each client's goals
• Working closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, high-quality care
• Gradually building your expertise in the clinical areas that interest you most

About the practice

You'll be joining an experienced multidisciplinary team that values collaboration, ongoing learning, and delivering meaningful outcomes for clients. About you

• AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist (or eligible for registration)
• Interested in working across a generalist caseload or expanding your clinical experience
• Comfortable working with adult clients, paediatric clients, or both
• Strong communication skills and a client-centred approach to care
