THE ROLE
We are looking for a New Business Account Manager to help grow Luxclusif’s client portfolio and improve how we launch new partnerships.
This is an individual-contributor role covering the full new business lifecycle: identifying prospects, conducting outreach, qualifying opportunities, driving commercial negotiations, defining client operating models and coordinating onboarding through launch.
You will also help strengthen the team’s ways of working by creating clear processes, documentation, guidelines and tools.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Research and identify prospective clients, markets and partnership opportunities.
Conduct targeted outreach and build a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
Lead discovery conversations and assess opportunities based on commercial potential, strategic fit and operational feasibility.
Prepare proposals and business cases, and drive commercial negotiations through to agreement.
Translate client needs into clear, scalable and commercially sustainable operating models.
Coordinate new client onboarding across Commercial, Operations, Logistics, Technology, Product, Finance and Legal.
Track milestones, risks, decisions and actions through testing and launch.
Create playbooks, templates, guidelines and processes to improve how the New Business team operates.
Develop new business models in response to emerging market opportunities.
WHO YOU ARE
At least 2 years of experience in B2B new business, business development, partnerships or client solutions.
Experienced in prospecting, outreach, qualification, pipeline management and commercial negotiations.
Able to combine commercial thinking with strong operational execution.
Comfortable leading complex cross-functional work without formal authority.
Structured, analytical, proactive and hands-on.
A clear and confident communicator in English.
Experience in luxury, fashion, resale, marketplaces or e-commerce is a plus.
French or German is a plus.
