Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain cross-platform mobile and web applications.
- Develop and enhance offline-first features with reliable synchronization and conflict resolution.
- Integrate AI-powered capabilities, including LLMs, vision models, and voice-to-text experiences.
- Optimize client-side performance for large files, blueprints, images, and charts.
- Collaborate directly with end users to understand field requirements and translate them into product features.
- Build, test, and deploy applications to the App Store, Google Play, and web environments.
- Deliver scalable, high-quality solutions while maintaining rapid development cycles.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong English communication and problem-solving skills.
- Expert-level experience with React Native and cross-platform mobile development.
- Strong experience with modern web technologies such as React, Next.js, Svelte, or similar.
- Deep understanding of local state management, offline databases, background synchronization, and conflict resolution.
- Experience handling complex client-side rendering and performance optimization.
- Experience deploying applications through App Store, Google Play, and modern web hosting platforms.
- Hands-on experience integrating AI APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar.
- Experience developing software for construction, logistics, manufacturing, or other field-based industries.
- Experience with AI/ML research, Scala/Play, PostgreSQL, or a strong passion for UI/UX and micro-interactions.
