The Microsoft 365 Copilot & AI Productivity Lead is responsible for the end-to-end planning, readiness, deployment, and value realization of Microsoft 365 Copilot across enterprise environments. You will take ownership of orchestrating Microsoft 365 Copilot implementations by bringing together collaboration, data governance, security, identity, automation, and adoption capabilities to deliver secure, governed, and business-driven AI productivity solutions.

This is a senior hands-on consulting and leadership role focused on delivery: translating business objectives into enterprise-ready Microsoft 365 Copilot solutions, owning the deployment lifecycle, coordinating cross-functional delivery teams, and ensuring Copilot deployments are secure, compliant, extensible, and deliver measurable business value.

Responsibilities:

Copilot Strategy & Solution Leadership

• Own the Microsoft 365 Copilot proposition, delivery methodology, and solution approach across enterprise and public sector engagements.
• Lead client engagements by presenting Microsoft 365 Copilot as a comprehensive AI productivity transformation programme rather than a standalone technology deployment.
• Orchestrate cross-functional delivery teams, integrating Collaboration & Content, Data Security & Compliance, Endpoint & Identity, and Power Platform consultants into a unified Copilot implementation.

Copilot Readiness & Data Foundation

• Conduct Microsoft 365 Copilot readiness assessments covering licensing, data governance, permissions, security, network readiness, and business use cases.
• Assess enterprise content hygiene, oversharing risks, and information architecture while driving remediation activities through specialist consultants.
• Define remediation plans that prepare Microsoft 365 environments for secure and effective Copilot deployment.

Copilot Deployment & Extensibility

• Lead the provisioning and deployment of Microsoft 365 Copilot across enterprise environments.
• Configure Copilot grounding across SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365 content repositories.
• Design Copilot extensibility solutions and collaborate with the Power Platform team to implement Microsoft Copilot Studio agents supporting high-value business scenarios.
• Guide solution architecture for priority AI use cases that improve employee productivity and business outcomes.

Security, Governance & Compliance

• Ensure Microsoft 365 Copilot deployments comply with enterprise identity, Conditional Access, information protection, and data governance controls.
• Partner with Data Security & Compliance and Endpoint & Identity consultants to ensure Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft Intune guardrails are fully implemented.
• Ensure Copilot deployments comply with organizational AI governance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and Responsible AI principles.

Value Realization & Stakeholder Engagement

• Develop Microsoft 365 Copilot use-case catalogues aligned with business priorities and measurable productivity outcomes.
• Define value realization frameworks, success metrics, and executive reporting for Copilot programmes.
• Partner with Adoption & Change Management consultants to drive user adoption, change management, and business value realization.
• Provide executive-level guidance and act as the primary advisor on Microsoft 365 Copilot strategy, governance, and AI productivity transformation.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot readiness assessments, deployment, grounding, extensibility, and enterprise adoption.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 Copilot architecture, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and AI-powered productivity solutions.
• Broad expertise across Microsoft 365 Collaboration, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 licensing, content governance, identity, security, and information architecture.
• Experience implementing Microsoft Purview governance, identity protection, Conditional Access, and enterprise security controls supporting Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Strong understanding of Responsible AI principles, AI governance, data protection, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong requirements gathering, executive stakeholder management, solution architecture, programme leadership, and workshop facilitation skills.
• Ability to translate business objectives into scalable Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI productivity solutions.
• Experience developing Microsoft 365 Copilot use-case catalogues, value realization frameworks, adoption strategies, and executive reporting.
• Experience leading cross-functional Microsoft 365 transformation programes and coordinating multidisciplinary delivery teams.
• Produce executive presentations, solution designs, deployment documentation, governance frameworks, implementation guides, operational runbooks, and knowledge transfer artefacts.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience delivering Microsoft 365 solutions, including collaboration, security, governance, and enterprise transformation, with demonstrated experience leading complex multi-workstream Microsoft 365 Copilot deployments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Certifications (Preferred) - Microsoft 365 Certified Administrator Expert (MS-102), Microsoft Certified: Information Protection Administrator Associate (SC-400) , Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300), Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI-related Microsoft certifications are highly desirable.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Working proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
• Location: MENA region, with flexibility to support client engagements across Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Jordan, Iraq, Egypt, and Sudan.
• Engagement : Full-time, with ownership of Microsoft 365 Copilot readiness, deployment, governance, adoption, and AI productivity transformation across enterprise and public sector clients.
